I'd rather he be inactive and they suit up another healthy OT, even if its Williams... rather than deactivating Williams or someone else and finding out in the first series dressing Lane was a mistake. I really wasn't counting on Lane. I always thought it was a pipe dream for him to come back. Probably should have just IR'd him from the beginning.

I thought Lane would at least give it a go but figured he’d leave early. Not surprised either way - he’s been unavailable for a large portion of his career, whether due to suspensions or injuries. He’s certainly no Jason Kelce.

I’m undecided, Styles at LB is supposed to be the one but I’m not sold. The 3rd rd cb Revel didn’t grade out well in the very little reps he got this year and Bland is dealing with the Lisfranc injury (like Lane) for two seasons now so I’m thinking go cb first, the cb from LSU or the one from Clemson. Stay away from one of the Tenn cbs who is also recovering from an ACL, he’s also rated very high.

Don’t try to get cute and trade back with the #12, make the pic, unless the guy you know you want will be there at #20. This would be stupid because it would mean they’re drawing for need vs boa imo.

If they decide to try and trade back to get more draft depth then do it with pick #20. They’re still a ways away from really threatening for anything, 2 years minimum.

TLDR A year one starter at LB or CB with one of the picks, both if at all possible.

I was about to ask whats the over/under on Lane Johnson's snap count %.

Idk what the deal is on OL this year, but I feel like the coaching staff has mismanaged it all season long.
