I thought it was gonna be a touchdown if he didn’t do that. Which makes more sense why he blatantly did it and would’ve just accepted the 15 yard penalty.

I cant believe it wasnt called, I remember the second I saw him go down I said thats a tripping, The angle on the tv was wide angle and you could still see it so not sure how a few refs in the field couldnt see it yet had their eyeballs glued enough to call that ticky tac almost invisible foul on Kelee Ringo on the punt and a phantom PI on Dejean.

Not to mention on the jacobs fumble in the 4th Ojomo gets tackled by a double team and as usual Jalen Carter is blatantly held and no call.

Im sure the packers have some gripes as well which are probably justified but if your going to call ticky tac calls on the eagles game then cant miss the obvious ones against the packers all game

I thought Raider fans were known for throwing batteries?

He’s referring to the old JD Drew incident from like over 20 years ago

Saints did it too IIRC

All teams have bad things happening involving fans. Didn't a fan get stabbed outside of 49ers stadium a few years ago (not involving us)?

But everyone brings up Philly fans

Eagles pass rush with addition of Jalen Phillips was night and day. He was really good and for the first time this year teams couldnt just sit back and double the two DTs and shut down the edges with single blocks.

Jalen, nolan, and Jalyx all played really well far better than uche, ojulari and patrick johnson.

If they can stay healthy and keep playing at that level eagles D is going to be real tough to move the ball on

Opponent defense rankings (EPA/play):

DAL - 29, KC - 13, LAR - 2, TB - 7, DEN - 3, NYG - 31, MIN - 11, NYG - 31, GB - 14 ... Average = 16

Remaining opponents:

DET - 10, DAL - 29 , CHI - 21, LAC - 6, LV - 19, WAS - 30, BUF -16, WAS - 30 ... Average = 20

Things will get a littler easier.

So can we cancel that trade? Who else is going to retire next?

wtf

Probably watched Ringo and figured he wouldn’t get a lot of playing time

They were able to years ago when they traded for WR Marquise Goodwin spelling?) who retired. Got the pick back.

I said it was cold blooded to not dress him and allow him to travel against his former team. Seems he took that extremely personally.

Well that sucks

Probably should've figured that out before trading for him.

What are NFL trade rules regarding this? If certain health issues weren’t disclosed can we get our pick back?

Someone crank up the highlight montage video like Frank gore

Or he had flagged that to the Eagles before the game and their decision was taking that into account

He was playing for the Ravens and less than a few days to learn the system, etc etc. I’m not aware of what NFL rules are regarding players who aren’t dressing for the game to travel for the team but I’m guessing it would have had to do with that.

Well, hopefully he gets himself right. Health comes first and foremost.

Does it though? What did folks think we were getting in him? He was traded for peanuts from a team with an awful defense months after he was free to sign off the street for free. They lost nothing but a lottery ticket.

idk I thought everything with the Jaire Alexander situation seemed weird from the jump

Retirement 2 - Eagles 1

None. It's a done deal.

Sitting #1 in the NFC. Seems the Eagles are doing just fine.

Has he fulfilled this season's obligation of his one year contract? Or will the Eagles retain his rights beyond this year?

I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles will pursue some course of action against the Ravens. No matter what the rules say, they can probably claim the Ravens had some knowledge of this. No idea, but I bet they pursue it.

If he's upset about the Eagles not dressing him then he's probably not in a good place mentally. Better off not having him on the field if that's the case.

I dont think that's the case. He didn't play much with Baltimore and when he did he didn't play well. He probably hasn't been right mentally or physically for sometime, even before the Eagles traded for him. I wonder if they checked on him before trading for him.
