Was on the Ravens for more than 6 games so don’t see why this wouldn’t be an accrued season and the contract expires. Kind of an odd situation so I don’t know if he’s placed on the reserve/retired list or what.

I imagine he will be or they could have IRed him. Was always a long shot. Very odd but he wasn’t good anyway. Maybe the knee will be better eventually but I doubt it

God no. Just no. Now? What the hell are you telling your team? Your coaches? Interview him, sure, and pay him for his time but no, just no.

I’m telling them the same thing i told them when they did it with fangio back in 2022 as a consultant and him helping them prepare for super bowl 57. Having another offensive mind can only help like fangio was defensively (believe also helped the offense that Super Bowl week).

https://www.nfl.com/news/vic-fangio-quietly-signed-contract-with-eagles-to-help-prepare-them-for-super-bo

On daboll himself, i hate him as a head coach. But daboll worked with Josh Allen before he became mvp like Allen and was big armed kid from university of Wyoming. There were a lot of people (on this board specifically) who thought Allen was a bust and help him make a massive jump form Wyoming to year 1&2 to what he is today. He got jones to play some of his best football in his first year in Ny. And even though i hated his running dart into the ground, but dart was playing well down a good OL and pedestrian WRs.

Remember when Lafleur's play calling was so predictable that Ojomo and Dean called out a 4th down play at the line? And because Jordan Love is too stupid to audible he still ran it? Good times...

I actually was trying to figure out the call, you could here Love saying Ricky Ricky Ricky Ricky several times throughout the game. At least three times when he made that Ricky call they ran inside zone, I am not sure if Ojo and Deam were calling that(inside zone) on those plays but GB definitely needs a more cryptic audible call. Maybe it has to do with how many times he says "Ricky" idk.

Losing the way we did was no fun. I feel we left points on the board.

As much as I complain about how the Eagles have won some of their games, I think my favorite part of it is seeing opposing fans like this have their brain in a blender. They can’t even comprehend how they lost.

Everybody thinks they can beat this team until it’s time to beat this team.

I’m just mad we lost the game that’s all.

Well you need to calm down little buddy. We miss your support ‘round these parts!

with 27 seconds left on the play clock to boot! There was absolutely no reason to rush that play.

Wait till playoffs time when you come to Lambeau.

Was giving teams who finish second or third in their division a home playoff game part of the rule changes?

I had a feeling the "coaches decision, stay away from the team” was an odd announcement given the circumstances.

Even though the compensation was next to nothing, I have to wonder did they vet this trade at all? Seems kinda shady on Baltimores part as well unless they had no idea.

He seemed pretty excited when he joined the team so I'm wondering if he either had a setback with his knee. Or he came here thinking he'd be starter, found out he wasn't, then was like I wanted out of Baltimore so I could have a chance to start somewhere and I'm not starting here either, so time to bounce.

FWIW, Mr Green Bay is not a Green Bay fan.

It might be one of the banned dudes or just some rando troll.

No actual Packers fan would be a Lions fan when the Packers are 5-3-1 and the Lions are 6-3

No. He’s a legit GB fan. He shows up every time the Eagles play the Packers and always overstays his welcome.

He finally took a new turn and instead of constantly asking "do you guys think we can beat the Vikings/Lions?” he’s going with this shtick. He’s literally 14 and the Eagles broke him.

Bro you might not even have a home playoff game. Right now you are 7 seed. Based off how the offense has looked the last 3 weeks you guys have bigger issues right now. Add on no more Kraft who is your best receiving threat

Damn, put him in the HOF

I’m mostly just confused if they place him on the retired list if they retain his rights for next year or if his contract is fulfilled and he’s a FA.

I doubt any of it matters anyway

We gave the pick back to New Orleans for Jon. Ravens need to do the same

I think that’s likely to happen. Being thought of in a good and honest light around the league is more valuable than a 6/7 pick swap

You guys don’t have much to say because we bullied you all on the field. You guys got lucky.

Haven’t the eagles beaten the packers like 4-5 times in a row?

Part of me wonders how much the Eagles knew at the time of the trade. I can’t imagine when this trade was going down that he didn’t talk to the Eagles. Have a hard time believing after a week of practice, this randomly came across his mind.

In what plane of the multiverse are you referring to where the higher seed in the conference has to travel in the playoffs? Packers will be lucky to get a wildcard spot. Go the F back to your Cow & Cheese Message Board.

I highly doubt Howie makes this trade if he had any idea of his headspace. With how much they use Big Dom and their usual process, it would be surprising.

I’d guess he’s just washed and slowly realizing it. Kinda like Shaq don’t call me Darius Leonard
