Saw some social media posts worrying about Alexander's mental health, especially after the Keeland situation. You never know what someone is going through. I hope he gets the help he needs.

I wish people cared as much about AJ who is actually One of our own

Anyone in here like the black helmets? I most certainly do not.

It is a crap show. KP is just throwing crap against the wall every game with no clear plan. The guy is incompetent and never should have been handed rhe less to this offense.

It's more than just Patullo. Not absolving him, but it's more. Oline is very mediocre, Hurts can be good and he can be bad. In the video above with AJ coming open across the middle he has to drop 3 steps, set, throw. He drops 3 then drifts back another step rather than setting/throw- once he drits back that extra step he gives up the opportunity to throw. He should be setting/throwing at the 32 yard line but finally plants at the 34 yard and takes off from there. If he plants at the 32 he has space/time to throw the ball.

Myself and several others have posted many times about AJ's mental health. The team is aware. Lane has his own struggles he's been open about. Dom went to support Lane the time he left for Oklahoma years ago. I would hope the Eagles are a team that makes players feel supported.

Black-white-black was a fun moment, but I’ll be happy to stick with the 2 greens for the immediate future

lol

That yellow on his head was just from a light.

Definitely. People should really be checking on the guy who has made 100+ million in his career, won a SB, and is currently going through such a hard time not getting enough targets. When I look at all of the people struggling to make ends meet, living paycheck to paycheck, just trying to provide for their families, my heart bleeds for AJ's lack of targets and his hissy fits over it on social media from his mansion are clearly a cry for help.

Definitely need to shore up the Oline. Next years #1 if they can find someone who is good enough to trade up for

Elsewhere in the news of public comments, Tweedle Dum was on WIP this morning still defending his decision to go for it on 4th and 6. It's a shame we can't like crowd fund brain power and send it to him so he can figure out how to get his best players the ball.

I've said this before that they are running the offense like they have the 2024 OL but this OL is very average. The power running game they have thrived on isn't there with the injuries and the like. Last year GB would never have seen the ball again. The announcers keep parroting that this OL is the best in the league but that has passed.

The black helmets and even jerseys are a guilty pleasure for me. I think the Brazil combination is actually kinda sharp. But I think a lot of that is just being bored with the midnight green.

I think the midnight green looks cool in domes where it's really bright, but I think it's like a fad color. It's like Tampa Bays pewter color, it belongs in the 90s/early 2000s and we should go back to normal colors now (Kelly green)

They looked almost charcoal on MNF. Really didn't match the green numbers at all. From far away you can't even tell they are black. Not a good helmet at all. Nice novelty helmet to sell as a collectible for folks who do that, but it's time to move on. This is sitting right there for the taking.

Yeah, I guess we should be upset he didnt hit a 2 yard pass. I am talking about the overall scheme and design. For example, KP has them running heavy, bunch formations in the middle of the field which brings almost the entire defense into the box. I get what he trying to do, overpower the defense but like you said the OL hasn't played that well and outside of Goedert the TEs can't block. I could understand that formation in a short yardage/goal line situation. To run it on 1st or 2nd down in the middle of the field makes no sense. If you want to run the ball, spread it out, draw defenders out of the box and give the RB some space to operate. Just one example, but there is no rhyme or reason to this offense and that starts with the OC/HC

Money and fame don't remove mental struggles.

Given your own it's no surprise that this is lost on you

Call high percentage low risk passing plays the whole game and then try and drop one into the bucket throwing against the wind on 4th and 6 with 30 seconds to go. That's high IQ football all round right there.

Someone has to get cut today or Bennett is out for the season. Not sure there is anyone that's a candidate for IR.

The only time I like the black is when we go midnight green helmets with black pants/jerseys and we play the Giants at night. Not sure why but that's it. Any other usage of black is not to my liking.

DAL is trying to get better on defense but lose another safety. Juanyeh Thomas has been placed on the NFI list after fighting migraines for the last couple of months. S depth is a big big problem and DAL has even used Reddy Steward (CB) at S already a few times.

The good news, Revel has been elevated from the NFI list (injury occurred while in college). I am excited to see what he may bring, completely unproven rookie trying to return from knee surgery and he is another Jerry injury value pick.

The best news, Overshown has been elevated from the PUP list after his knee injury in game 13 last year. I really hope this young man can get his career going, he was having a really good year last year after coming back from the opposite knee injury in his rookie pre-season '23. So essentially he has only played the 13 games in '24 for his entire career. Those 13 games were solid:

Whether or not he can stay healthy remains to be seen but it will be no fault of his own as he has worked his tail off in rehab for the majority of his young career.

No matter what happens with Flus leading the D at least we will see some changes and possibly a little improvement. I know Overshown is hoping (not determined yet) to be able to play in the PHI game, I am not sure about Revel. My expections are low for overall improvement, but four new bodies (Williams, Wilson, Overshown, and Revel) on D will be make the game more interesting for me, just to see if they can help at all. PHI should be airing it out when they come to DAL in a couple of weeks against very weak defense, primarily the secondary.
