They had a decoy player wrap around but rather than pitching it they handed off inside. If they just actually gave it to the other player running to the outside it would've at least been better than the result on the quick handoff. I want to get Latu involved more

I was surprised too but I think the Eagles D and the windy conditions may have played a factor. Who has the wind in the 2nd quarter?
