Where are the stats? I saw you say it but didn't see anything.

Fran went over them on one of the recent PHLY episodes. He said Nextgen stats have him running faster per route run, but his max top end speed this season is slightly lower than last season. Fran has been saying for weeks that when watching the film he doesn't see some significant drop off in his ability to move.

Over 10% of the plays go for negative yards. Receivers getting zero separation despite being physically faster than last year. QB with nowhere to throw the ball multiple times a game.

Guys -- it's coaching. We are predictable and defenses know exactly what is coming. We may be super talented, but if the defense knows exactly what we are doing, we're toast. Nick and KP need to start breaking their habits and changing it up to succeed.

I’m excited for the Dallas game. I think they are the perfect opponent at the perfect time. Very good offense, very bad defense.

Their offense is the perfect bad matchup for our elite defense. They’ve got an excellent #2 WR to isolate and force mismatches against our CB2. And Dak usually has his way against our defense at some point. Additionally, in our last 3 wins, we’ve faced a short staffed giants offense with a rookie qb, a terrible version of Jordan Love, and weak armed Goff in the swirling wind.

Dallas will actually be a much better offense than anything we’ve seen in a while. And they are going to score some. But they are actually a much worse team with a horrible defense.

So our offense will actually need to score points and maybe even win the game for the Eagles on Sunday.

If they pull that off, we’ll all feel a lot better. If they don’t, we’ll know this team needs every game to be a defensive struggle. And maybe it’ll be enough of a wake up call to retool some things on offense.

But this game will not be won with 13-18 points. It’s going to have a different flow and the offense will have far more pressure to perform. Will be interesting to see how they handle it.

Dallas’ defense is no longer horrible

Hell -- Chad Ochocinco is calling out AJ's routes based on formation FFS. Defenses know exactly what we are doing.

Counterpoint -- it was Geno Smith and the Raiders. Let's not get crazy here.

11% of the offensive plays are for negative yardage???? That's embarrassing.

If that number doesn't come down by the end of the year, Patullo will be gone.

I’m not really leaning on that game. I’m referring more to the personnel additions they’ve made.

They may or may not be good, but they’re no longer horrible.

Even if he tweaked it in his big game, a 2 week absence indicates a minor strain. Again, never something that was slowing him down this season. Not silly, just facks.

It was described as lingering scar tissue that tightened up that week. You don't think there may have been other times it got tight and he played through it?

Depends. Eagles will likely restrict a lot. It will still be entertaining enough to see some of the behind the scenes stuff you don't typically see.

The Giants offseason version was a complete dumpster fire for that organization as it appeared they didn't restrict anything at all. It pretty much exposed how terrible their FO is.

Nobody rested the Giants game. Everyone healthy to play, played. AJ Brown was not healthy enough to play.

Eagles rule out WR A.J. Brown (hamstring) vs. Giants

PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles standout wide receiver A.J. Brown has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the New York Giants with a hamstring injury.

Brown finished last week's game against the Minnesota Vikings and sealed the 28-22 win with a 45-yard reception from Jalen Hurts on a third-and-9 with 1:45 remaining. He caught four passes for a season-high 121 yards and two touchdowns.

But he was sidelined from all three of the Eagles' practices this week.

One thing that will be fun is watching the Commies think they have something and then fall off the face of the earth. No one even talks about them anymore.

I've accepted this and I've moved on to trying to figure out why. Because it can only be for one of these reasons.

Either the coaching doesn't know how to run a more effective passing offense.

The coaching doesn't believe Jalen Hurts is capable of running a more effective passing offense.

And neither of those things seem all that likely, so I am at a loss. It takes a high school level of a coaching mind to realize that running things other than hitch routes are required to make a quality passing attack.

But I also find it hard to believe that this is what Jalen Hurts wants to run. Why would he want to throw to blanketed WRs every week and have the offense look like trash? None of it makes sense.

My guess is somewhere there is a major disconnect. Or someone incredibly stubborn(whether it's Sirianni or Hurts or Patullo) is using their authority to force a square peg philosophy into a round hole because their ego is too big to admit it's not working. I've long said ego is more the cause of organizational failure than stupidity.

Plus, are we completely forgetting how he missed basically all of training camp with a hamstring injury?

Sadly they just began filming early November so you probably won't see much from them.

Probably going to be a lot of Eagles stuff. Also probably going to see Daboll getting fired and I expect a lot of the Kneeland situation in Dallas.

Been saying that virtually every route has a vertical stem since week 1. The route concepts are dogshit.

They’re half way through season and had a bye week to assess their work. So since they have not done it by now they won’t.

Yup, this is why nick needs to hire an outside voce with new eyes, the offense had some of the same issues with brian johnson where defenses were calling out plays before the snap, brian johnson was an in house hire.

Enter Kellan Moore an outsider with no prior connection to the eagles or sirrianni and he comes in changes things up eagles win a ring, then they go straight back to in house hire guy whose been with the organization and Nick and we run into the same issues of predictable vanilla offense.

The only place patullo has changed things up is in the red zone where hes thrown in some new wrinkles and has been effective.

Other than that his and Nicks offense as AJ said has been a 💩 show.

I don’t think raiders are a good litmus test. Maybe more competent offenses like chargers/chiefs/giants will be.

It gives a little insight but you aren’t going to get anything unless the team approves it
