Counterpoint -- it was Geno Smith and the Raiders. Let's not get crazy here.

That Raiders O Line is absolutely godawful, they couldn't stop a decent College defensive front.

One thing that will be fun is watching the Commies think they have something and then fall off the face of the earth. No one even talks about them anymore.

You mean the Redsk....I mean Football Tea......I mean who?

The reality is that right now, this Eagles OL resembles the Raiders more than it does the 2024 Eagles'.

It was described as lingering scar tissue that tightened up that week. You don't think there may have been other times it got tight and he played through it?

That's not really a thing that happens. That sounds like a translation in to layman's terms that the media doesnt know how to convey.

Scar tissue lays down initially in a disorganized fashion like a dropped bundle of sticks, and as you exercise the tissue is pulled in line with the muscle fibers and if you rehab it right, you'll heal with full mobility.

Scar tissue doesn't then just decide to get disorganized again like 8-12 weeks later or however long it was since his preseason injury.

I believe he may have tweaked it and gave him a rest day against the giants to capitalize on the extra time off during the bye.

I take issue with the people saying it was an issue all season since his preseason hamstring injury. Thats a Hurtscuse

14 games this week and some of them look pretty ugly:

Ravens over Jets for 14 points

Lions over Giants for 13 points

Seahawks over Titans for 12 points

Patriots over Bengals for 11 points

Bills over Texans for 10 points

Eagles over Cowboys for 9 points

Bears over Steelers for 8 points

Packers over Vikings for 7 points

Niners over Panthers for 6 points

Raiders over Browns for 5 points

Jaguars over Cardinals for 4 points

Chiefs over Colts for 3 points

Saints over Falcons for 2 points

Rams over Buccaneers for 1 point

No Cam at practice.

He shouldn't start again until he's fully healthy

Things definitely need to change on offense. Way way too vanilla, but with this remaining schedule if we do get the #1 seed. We're winning it all.

Who should be playing TE in the Patullo garbage bag offense:

Patullo: Sorry, 240 is the limit.

I'm not sure who is making these decisions but it's set both Cam and Dickerson back this year.

Hell -- Chad Ochocinco is calling out AJ's routes based on formation FFS. Defenses know exactly what we are doing.

A principal who can't teach hired a guy with no experience to teach an AP course and the two of them can't figure it out together. Bring in a substitute.

Here we go. They have to talk about something so now it's that

It's 100% true. Rock Ya FN Sin was all over him on Sunday night. Even on the passes he caught he was right there and AJ wasn't able to do what he normally has after the catch. On that bogus PI at the end of the game he had him locked down. When you factor in that he is getting close to 30, never was a true burner, and the injuries over the years it makes perfect sense. He's still a really good NFL WR and should be more productive than he has been but the days of him being a top 5 or even top 10 guy in the league are pretty much done.

If you guess a hitch route, you got a solid 50% chance of hitting.

I said this weeks ago. SIT HIM! Toth is a service backup C. The problem they will encounter though is the lack of depth at other OLine positions.

Even if they have to take the hit in the offseason. It might be best to see what you can get. Maybe a team would over pay. Don't know how realistic that is. If they aren't going to use him might as well move on.

SO, wants the planned to fix the offense?

I know that but even he got to find something better to fix?

I think the success of tush push combined with the 20 Hurts turnovers season in 2023 + 7 turnovers in the first 4 games last year fundamentally changed Hurts and the Eagles approach to the priorities on offense and emphasis on ball security.

2023 till Buccs game Hurts averaged 1.23 TO / game and the Eagles record was 13-9

Since that Buccs game he has had an incredible run with only 7 turnovers in 24 games including the playoffs, for an average of 0.29 TO / game. Eagles record in those games is 22 - 2.

Yes, the change in D-coordinators has a lot to do with that win / loss record as well but I think those stats put into perspective why so much of the Eagles O design is geared towards preventing TOs.

Turnovers are a huge part of the game. You lose that battle, most likely you lose the game.

I'd prefer we score 40 a game and everybody gets their stats but the way things are it doesnt work like that. Every game I watch I'm prepared for a tight game and for the Eagles to make some plays at the end, either offense or defense.

I still have a feeling they will figure out an identity on offense right before playoff time.
