Those are? The OC was slim pickings. There’s only so much money to go around.

There were options outside of the organization, it's been discussed here a few times over the last month or so. That excuse of everyone being gone after the SB does not fly, and none of the available options would have been bank breakers. Even if they were, Lurie has never been shy to spend on coaching.

They learned nothing from the Brian Johnson fiasco and it very well may cost them a 2nd consecutive super bowl and any shot at a dynasty.

  • Good news. I got an email back from VABeach_Eagle, he is ok. He has been tending to his mother's health as she's been in the hospital, and exhausted lately. He says he will be more available to log on

He has absolutely no running game and a retarded playcaller. He was fine today outside of that horrible sack.

Yeah, I don’t think Hurts was the issue today. We had 63 rushing yards. We had penalties that cost us points on three different drives. Barkley fumbled away potential points. Jake missed a kick.

And the indecisiveness and bad throws

There has to be some sort of tell on when Barkley is getting the ball. He is hit immediately at or behind the line of scrimmage. Then Bigsby comes in and gets a hole

I assume the tell is just Saquon in the backfield, period. Defenses are selling out to stop the middle run when he's in the backfield and winning those battles almost every time. They're not doing the same thing when Tank is in the backfield.

Let's get real

They tried this in 2023 and failed. You can't install a new offense mid season. It's not just play calling, it's play design so it will be a new offense.

Your looking torwards 2026 at this point

I literally said it's a wrap this year.

Fran on the PHLY post game show is saying based on what he saw from that Eagles 3rd and 2 play in the 4th, it looked like a designed play to Darius Cooper based on what Hurts was looking at, and the route run. Fireable offense if so.

Good news, Hurts was only sacked once.

Bad news, yeesh.

He was fine outside taking that last sack, which was bad, but I don't know if anyone was open. Bad playcall though as when we have to have 2 yards we should have dialed up a Hurts QB draw.

Tough loss but I’m sure they’ll be fine. They hit their snags last season as well.

I would need to seem some plays where he had open guys that he just didn’t pull the trigger on. He definitely wasn’t overly accurate, but he was good enough.

I think that was on a 3rd & 2, oof. What are we going here?

Would be nice if Tampa could win tonight

Our offensive line is getting blown back- we can't move blocking sleds off the line of scrimmage.

I think he had Dotson on a backside out route, but he couldn’t really step into it and he might have been the fifth read on the play.

I will not blame the refs.....the Eagles should never have been had the game in a position for the refs to influence the ending. The Eagles just plain lost this...now a short week to prepare against a pretty hot team. Missing possibly both safeties and still no identity and sense of purpose with the offensive play calling...time for some resiliency to kick in and the leaders need to keep things calm and step up

They key to Patullo that made be able to live with it was that he provided the most stability for Hurts who had to deal with another OC change. I think we can probably thank Hurts for this hire being made. Not to say Hurts asked for it or had any input. But that the team probably weighed that heavily in to their decision.

Turns out that was a terrible idea.

Hurts cant run other offenses. But he isnt playing well in this one either. And Patullo kinda stinks.

They’re not moving on from Patullo. Especially on a short week. Siri don’t have the balls to fire his best friend

True, but not when Tank is in the game. Defenses aren't selling out to get penetration against him.

I did pick the Rams, so Tampa has a shot.

One thing for Patullo: He’s good in the red zone.

One thing against him: He sucks everywhere else.

So fine he did nothing the second half and we blew a 21 point lead

This is the third snag for the team as a whole, but every Fing week is a snag for the offense. I'm surprised the defense hasn't formed a mutiny yet

I agree. It was way too early to go conservative when we went up 21-0. These Saquon middle runs are a complete disaster and need to be excised from the playbook this year. It's not working.

I said it when they got up 21, don’t take your foot off the gas. Dallas has an offense that’s good enough to put up points quickly. Even with our defense being good, defense also still has some holes. run defense has issues at times. Dallas running backs had 4.8 yards per carry. You still have a Jackson and Ringo who can be exploited by better wide receivers like Pickens. So if you take your foot off the gas or you become conservative, it’ll bite you. They managed to avoid paying the price against the Bucs. They weren’t as fortunate against Dallas and Denver.

That said, Pattulo has absolutely no clue on how to adjust. The eagle is the last 3 weeks have scored 13 points in the second half. Over the last 8 games they’re averaging 7 points in the second half. Like that’s an indictment on you not building off your play calls and DCs know you are incapable of making proper adjustments

They are cooked

Our Safety tandem on Friday might have to be Andre Sam and Sydney Brown.
