Should have been 31 to 0 if they're not gonna let Tank get some more carries.

I'd certainly like to see more carries for Tank. I can't understand why he hasn't gotten more over the last couple of games.

I doubt they fire him too, but the way I view it is this season has a chance to be something special. They can repeat and then the talk about a dynasty starts. If they don't get it done this season that front office is going to have an offseason full of regret for so many reasons. If they just stay status quo the rest of this season and change nothing and the offense stays the same and they go into the playoffs and get bounced because the offense sucks, they are going to be kicking themselves for months that they didn't try to do something different. Not saying it'll work, but everyone knows what the problem with this team is. You can't just sit there while your train is headed off the tracks.

Nothing?

He rearranged his core values

I doubt they fire him. What 2nd seed fires a coach? I can't recall a team fighting for a bye week doing that

Once upon a time, the Phillies canned their manager, Pat Corrales, while in 1st place in the NL. Some say that kick started the "Philly curse". He was fired on July 18, 1983. The Sixers won their championship May 31, 1983. The next championship in the city was the Phillies on October 29, 2008... with an added 2 days because of the suspended game due to crazy rain.

So, do we really want Patullo fired? Is it worth it?

Seemed like they didn't even try to figure it out during halftime

5:man fronts aren't revolutionary. We've run them a lot. We should be the experts against 5 man fronts. As for showing things the offense hasn't seen, maybe counter with something the Dallas defense hasn't seen? This excuse that the offense was surprised by a mediocre defense that gave up 194 yards and 3 TDs in the 1st 18 minutes of the game is disturbing. Is our offensive team and coaches so dumb they can't overcome the changes a bad defense throws at them?

Jurgens need to be benched for his own health. I don't see the point in grinding him down when they have a competent replacement- if the team wants to win a SB, the dude needs to be taken away from the game for a week or two to help him be healthy when it matters.

Id put him on season ending IR, hes been atrociously bad all year, see if he can heal up and make a run next year, if not time to move away from him and find a new Center. Would be sad but thats where we are at, he wouldnt be the first OL to have his career derailed by a back injury.☹️

I felt like that but then I went back and reviewed the play calls. They called 26 pass plays to 5 rushing plays in the 2nd half. Some of the called passes ended up in penalties or Hurts scrambles.

I'm going to need to watch the game again and see how it feels.

They ran pass plays... but they weren't aggressive pass plays. They were the standard short throws, hitches, outs, etc. No creativity.

Yes.

We have a hat on a hat, but the refs miss hands to the face by Clowny on Johnson.

Despite the Cowboys OL flat out tackling our DL almost the entire game, the Cowboys were only called for one holding penalty late in the game and one obvious trip. Speaking of Guyton, you can pretty much call a penalty on him every play. He has no technique, no feet, no strength so he trips, slings guys to the ground etc all game.

Ineffective running as maybe 1 of those 5 plays went over 2yds, and penalties. Our pass game isn't consistent enough to reliably overcome that poor play, and the turnover was killer as I think Jalen was willing to start running hard at that point.

The game was poorly officiated. Add it to the list of games where the officials were bad. But, that's not why they lost the game. They lost because they decided to come out of halftime playing the same way as they did the final 17 seconds of the first half.

They threw three passes on their first drive in the third quarter. An illegal formation penalty killed a 20 pass to Goedert.

On the second drive they had 2nd and five at mid field after a Barkley run. Then two failed pass attempts.

On the third drive they ran Barkley twice for a total of three yards. That, IMO, was poor play calling. They didn't hand off the ball to Barkley after that.

OPI on Smith and a false start on Brown killed the next drive.

The Barkley fumble killed the next drive.

And then Hurts sack on 3rd and two killed the game.

Second half penalties....Eagles 9, Dallas 2.

Have to look at the all 22 and see what the routes looked like across the field.

Apparently Landon was not paying attention during game prep.

What makes this worse is a lot of NFL seasons don't end with a SB but this is self inflicted by Nick. He is destroying a year of immense talent. Honestly, his coordinators won a SB. He is a vibes coach with talent many coach would succeed with.

Damn right. That didn't cause a curse.

Raiders fires Chip today. So it can be done.

We’ve done well with "puppet” head coaches.

Won a SB with Doug. Won a SB with Sirianni. No need to change that model.

But we’re sitting here again, 3rd time in 8 years after getting our OCs sniped post-SB, trapped with a garbage internal OC hire and an underperforming offense.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 3 times, shame on me.

Those 5 runs in the 2nd half resulted in 5 yards😒 and id bet on all 5 barkley got hit in the backfield.

This team cant run block and when they do saquon doesnt see or hit it, his vision this year has been almost as bad as his run blocking.

Lurie has to be losing his mind watching this team. Lurie loves offense he always has. The Sirianni experience goes against so many of Lurie's desires as a coach and he has to go on an annual search to find a new OC every year just to prop up his head coach, who is already an offensive head coach. It must be exhausting. I think the first sign that Sirianni's "He just wins" shine is starting to wear off, he's going to be canned.

It's like being loyal to a specific supermarket that is dirty, has awful customer service, and it's grating going there every week, but you keep going just because they're the only store that carries that one product you like. The second they stop carrying that product you're out.

Yesterday was the perfect time to get him carries and feed him while resting Saquon too. At least while they were up 21-0.

I just realized they don't have anyone that's been an OC besides the QB coach and that was college OC

Bunch of passing game coordinators and specialist

It's week 12 but the approach seems to be that we still have 2024 offense - I'm not looking for explosive runs anymore, just positive plays.

I'd feel like you were box score scouting. The numbers have context. The context was bad.

I watched penalties and turnovers kill drives in the second half. Those will show up in a box score.

I don't think you want to hold up the Raiders as a model of what should be done with an NFL franchise.
