Thank you to all the Veterans here who have served our Country.

  • Good news. I got an email back from VABeach_Eagle, he is ok. He has been tending to his mother's health as she's been in the hospital, and exhausted lately. He says he will be more available to log on

Got to imagine Justin Simmons is a likely guy we look into signing.

I wanna know wtf it means to be the Chiefs on that chart 🤣

That they get called for a lot of penalties on offense (despite the perception of refs bias), but they're also really good at overcoming those penalties.

Mr. Simmons on line one...

Well, we already had no safety depth. Guess Sam gets promoted, but I'd have to think you at least call Justin Simmons at this point, given his history with Vic. Brown and Sam are the only healthy full time safeties on the roster.

Will be back for playoffs

The bye week was the time to bring in CJGJ or Simmons. Let's see if Howie self corrects here, as he's been trying to do all year. You had to know Sydney Brown is not the answer as 3rd safety. Gotta to do better.

Sydney Brown making his presence felt

I’d love to know the percentage of offensive penalties called on their RT Taylor. It feels like every game i watch of theirs he has 1-3

Sydney Brown and Dillon. Team wreckers need to be added to their scouting report.

Adds injury to insult on that final drive. That's a real shame. Yet another reason Sirianni's timeouts at the end made no sense.

Wishing Mukuba a speedy recovery back to the field en route to a long and successful Eagles career.

That said, I've been one of his bigger critics this year. I think he's mostly been a body out there. Changing players in and out always sets you back, but I don't think they'll lose much of anything once whomever it is settles in.

Bingo. That's been my whole point. You can't just look Becton in a vacuum. Or Milton Williams in a vacuum. Or Ojomo in a vacuum. The overall roster is substantially weaker when it really didn't have to be. Injuries have to be anticipated. And they are creeping up on us now. I'd even take Booker, Kennard and Rodgers. It's not about all the big signings. Alot of the smaller signings/trades haven't panned out. The replacements have been dreck.

Phillips is the only trade that worked, which is bad. He traded CJ with Brown in mind and no other options? Seriously? Letting Rodgers go meant trading Booker for nothing as of yet. Ok. I wouldn't mind having Kennard. MB gives you depth on the OL that came in handy last year when Dickerson was hurt. It also gives them the option of sliding Dickerson over if Cam is hurt. It was poor planning on the lower level like you mentioned. Sweat and Williams were gone. Cool. He got cute and deserves to be heavily criticized.

Guaranteed CJGJ will be in Philly by Friday.

I’m guessing he saw these 2 in front and didn’t want to take the chance

Brown was open in the end but that’s when Hurts decided to bail

No reason to bail from that pocket. That's a ridiculous pocket for ANY level of football, let alone the NFL.

Makes sense since he’s a Bear

He's starting for the bears i believe. We'll see him Friday for sure. Lol

Wow. Two separate huge windows to throw into. Exhibit A or what is wrong with the Eagles offense. The QB will not pull the trigger.

Missed on the depth moves, which is really what's hurting us now the most. Understand that Steen and Ojomo were solid in team cheap replacements. But who replaced them in their old roles. Got too draft pick happy and maybe cheap. I dunno! I had my eyes on 2025 and 2026 and being dominant as possible with less question marks.

Justin Simmons is a weird one. I don’t think I ever even heard of him working out for any team this year. I know he expressed wanting to play for Philly multiple times in the summer but I question what he has left and why no other team bothered trying to sign him. Bring him in and watch him become the third guy to retire in season.

Yep. They're gonna sign him away from the Bears.

He's on the Bears' roster. Good call.
