At the moment he threw the pass, his options were:

1. Take a sack, Panthers ball at the 18

2. Throw it away, Panthers ball at the 13

3. Throw that pass across the field directly to a defender and the nearest receiver is out of bounds. At the very best, which is what luckily happened, the DB drops the ball. At worst it's a pick 6.

If anything, he should have just thrown it into a crowd in the end zone. Then you guys would have a case.

Instead he took the dumbest option he possibly could have, aside from just handing the ball to one of the linemen who were chasing him.

I suspect very little of that was filmed in Paris Tx. Landscape looks wrong on the promos. Wife watched it and said they had a few clips that might have been Paris but no Jesus in Cowboy Boots. Wife did say that they showed the Eiffel Tower with the cowboy hat from over near the junior college (and police station) and the rail trail (best thing in Paris). Me, I like the title because that’s how I feel when I am in Paris Tx.

The issue is his contract expires after the season. So why trade for him when he'll likely be cheap as hell this offseason and cost nothing? It's not like he'd be useful in 2025, so no reason to give up a pick.

I know a lot of people think(or use to think) Troy sucks up to the Cowboys but I think he is and has been a straight shooter, he and Emmit have always been the class of the organization post-career and they hate what DAL has become.

I have said before, Will McClay deserves the GM role in DAL and he would make a huge difference.

Last night, I watched UH warm up for the season by taking the Little Sisters of the Mercy (Lehigh) to the woodshed. I actually would get made when the lead wasn’t 20:in the second half. Then I turned over to watch the simulcast of Dallas losing to Gannon. Good night. Then wake up this morning to find out Jerrah’s big trade was for the benched Bengals MIKE. That said, Wilson was decent before his knee injury. Last place I would want to be a MIKE with injury history is in Dallas. Position and injury are cursed for dose boys.
