Bears will be playing to maintain their position too. Could be another nail biter.

This is the Eagles we are talking about. When was the last non-nail biter? Was it the Super Bowl?

Bad: People in the media who want to be taken seriously are now calling the Cowboys the best team in the NFL.

Good: Cowboys fans are now set up for great disappointment.

roll. Seriously?

Hmmmm looks like Eagles have a Cowboy problem...

This Sirianni/Patullo high school offense wont cut it if Eagles meet the Cowboys in Playoffs in Philly, they will KO Eagles....

6 hours ago, Jeep_man said:

Well that happens, quite normal, Jerruh pays the REFS well when they play in Dallas....

The Eagles are their own problem. And the Eagles also had to deal with the refs in Dallas. DPI on Cooper DeJean that made Jake Elliot turn into a piece of classic art.

Is Nolan Smith injured?

And an OPI on Devonta Smith when he's getting jammed by the defender, not the other way around... called by the same inept ref, IIRC.

If the Eagles figure out their own issues, they will be fine. But Dallas has about 0 chance of making the playoffs unless the Eagles go into a 2023 level tail spin... and even then... Dallas would struggle to win the division.

Most positive takes on the Cowboys are. lol

The eagles offense haven’t been playing well all season; their lucky wins streak ended in Dallas. If they keep playing like they have and losing, Dallas could be back in the division race.

I mean, sure, it’s possible, but I think expecting a team that has beaten the teams they’ve beaten this season to suddenly go 2-4 down the stretch is a bit much.

Anything can happen but this isn’t the 2023 defense. They still have a shot to turn the offense around too. I guess we will find out today.

No, but the offense scoring less than 20 ppg allows teams to hang around late and put defense in bad positions with so many defensive snaps with their 3 and outs.

Shocking how every big play is called back in Jerry world

The cowboys at home vs the chiefs, the refs are probably confused on who they're supposed to be favoring

I watched 20 mins of the Boys game last night and turned it off. I have no desire to watch Referee influenced sport, so didn't even bother recording to watch this morning. Things feel fake in Jerryworld, so why bother watching it?

Speaking of, Turkey's FA finally admitted their game had a gambling problem when they first suspended 1,024 and then banned 152 players (with more investigations ongoing) and 152 referees for betting on games. That's why some NFL games feel so managed at times

Whenever we win: ok, but we'll see.

When literally any other team wins a game: welp, they're a much better team, we suck.

When Dallas wins thanks to refs: our season is over, Dallas is going to win out, we'll be lucky to win a game or 2.

Oh? We beat the Chiefs, Bucs, Rams, Vikings, Packer and Lions, and Cowboys first game? Those don't count.

🤣

Its a new rule which they only started officiating from last week.

It goes like this, If a receiver touches a defender form the opposing team while wearing a Dallas jersey, its automatic DPI.

The ‘DPI’ before this was just as bad.

We as Eagles fans... and many others, are guilty of being prisoners of the moment... and we are also guilty of having 'the grass is always greener' thoughts as well.

We see the warts of our own team much more than the warts of the rest of the NFL.

It's not RTK art, but it'll do.

except most cowboys fans. The grass is never greener everywhere else. I have some ‘friends’ that are cowboys fans actually trying to argue with me that the refs were against them last night and this is their year lol

Don’t answer a fool according to his foolishness
or you’ll be like him yourself.

lol

There is nothing worse in the NFL than the moments when Cowboy fans feel a sense of hope...as for the Eagles...what's on my mind this morning is the need to control the Bear running game. I don't like seeing the little 5 yard runs between the tackles over and over again. I want to see more 3rd and 8's...

This is so true, I think those fans that really understand the game share this quality.

DAL game doesn’t count

The Rams schedule has been so easy. Not worried about them.

Bears have to play the Lions again, and Packers twice.

Packers also play Broncos, maybe the Ravens or Vikings manage a win.

Lions have it tougher. Cowboys, Rams, Steelers, Vikings, Bears.

Eagles just need to stop hurting themselves with penalties, mistakes, clean things up and they should at least get #2 seed.

They should be able to provoke at least one 15 yard penalty out of CJGJ today.

You mean before the game starts, right?

My co-worker (A Cowboys, Oregon and Yankees fan), thinks Dallas is going to win the NFCE now that they beat the Eagles.

DAL only chance at a playoff spot is a collapse by either SF or SEA or a collapse by two of CHI, GB, or DET, on top of that they have to win out. DAL is definitely better than they were earlier in the year but they’re not going anywhere this season.

People are going to talk, that doesn’t make them right, just means they know how to communicate.
