i’ll say it if nobody else wants to say it, Saquon Barkley signing revitalized the team and gave them a spark. They didn’t have that this offseason. Tbh sirianni should really be thanking his lucky stars OL, Barkley had a historic season last year and fangio got this defense to be the best in the league. Cause we discussed this all last year that the passing game was a big issue. It’s even worse this year cause they can’t consistently run

Defense was the only reason we were even in the last game - they made more than enough stops - especially in the 1st half for us to win. 2nd half could have been better but that loss was not on the defense.

This is 2023 all over again. Siri needs to go, this collapse might actually get that done.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they barely finish with 10 wins and a wild card berth to 1 and done.

Had good nfc title and Super Bowl. The two playoff games leading up to it weren’t great. Which was kind of like their season. Not really inspiring against Carolina and Baltimore then looks great against Steelers. They basically were this last year with pass game. The only difference is that the offensive line and Saquon could cover up for the passing game most of the season until it clicked for 2 games in the 2 biggest games of the year.

If they didn’t fire him for the 2023 collapse it’s not happening here. They’ll give him another year cause he won a SB. He didn’t have that and they kept him
