Good news. I got an email back from VABeach_Eagle, he is ok. He has been tending to his mother's health as she's been in the hospital, and exhausted lately. He says he will be more available to log on

If we cant win 3 of those we have no business being in the playoffs

One way to look at it but I’d like a shot at winning a playoff game in any case.

Going to the pep rally at the SM Pier this weekend. Don't usually do that kind of stuff but should be fun and benefits a good cause

For anyone who thinks it's still plausible for us to fold down the stretch and hand the division to Dallas, the futures odds are now at +1500. Meaning a $200 bet would pay out $3,000 if that happened.

Buyer beware if any team wants to pay that guy big money. Game of the year and he dogs it.

So.... I take it the officiating last night was the finest the NFL has seen this season and it was completely neutral?

Lions are always losing the war of attrition by the end of the season

Definitely out on Monday

Seems like he's playing to me

So clinching scenarios are now in place for the Eagles with a magic number of 3. Most all the other Division will definitely come down to the final week because the teams are so close. The NFC North and West all have 3 teams with 8 wins or above. The South has Tampa and Carolina fighting. I believe the magic number is 2 games. I do not believe The Boys will get to 10 wins because they have to win out. They are 2-5 on the road with two division games to end the season. GMen and Washington are out of it but they would love to play spoiler. First things first,, Eagles need to take care of business on Monday and get to 9 wins.

Craziest finish for the Sixers in the last 30 years…

My goal for Monday night is we only punt 2x. That feels like a victory even if we don't win.

Dallas actually had more penalty yards called against them last night than Detroit did.

The biggest issue with the officiating in the NFL is the huge disparity in how each crew calls a game. Different crews call DPI, OPI, holding, etc all completely differently. How TF is a team to know what's OK and what isn't each and every week?

Fun ending, but have youe ever seen a worse 3rd qtr team than this group if Sixers? On Nurse as he has zero ideas how to design plays to get guys baskets so when the running around the perimeter making a mad dash with 6 seconds left on the shot clock doesn't work he is lost. Last night as the Warriors destroyed his team during the 2nd half he just sat on the bench, listless, looking like he had no idea what to do to help his players.

They are awful in the third quarters of games. Nurse isn’t gonna be here for all that much longer. They’re eventually gonna move on from him. Frankly, their defense is also not very good. They really could use an upgrade on the wing. That is a 3and D. Because Paul George is never going to play consistently.

The reversed safety was a head scratcher

It started out in favor of Dallas, in particular the play that should have been a safety. Everyone collectively rolled our eyes, thinking the fix was in. As the game went on the refs missed obvious calls they should have made against Dallas, but then also called against Dallas.

The refs are really bad and inconsistent throughout the entire league. The league really needs to stop adding and changing rules and focus on re-training their refs and aiming for consistency. They're human, they're going to get some things wrong in live game speed and from the angle they're at, but with replay and the league office able to review and all that, it should be more consistent.

In general youre right that 3rd quarters have been a problem most games this seaon. But last night, the 6ers scored less points in each successive quarter. The 4th quarter was their worse, with only 19 points scored.

30, 26, 24, 19

It was also really horrible that with 6/10ths of a second left, Golden State nearly had a game wining layup as Melton was left wide open streaking down the court for the long pass, and a game winning layup. Thank god Maxey got there for the block.

Excellent hustle from Barlow who was following up Edgecombe's putback game winner (probably could have won it for us if Edgecombe missed), and still managed to be right near Maxey on that block on the other end.

Would you settle for taking a shot during a playoff game?

I thought the Eagles' game was their game of the year?

Meanwhile, Patullo studied at Ringling Brothers Clown College where he learned to barely get the play call in to begin with.

It's probably difficult since it likely just becomes a habit. Same with cadence. Not many can get the defense to jump for the free play

If it is an Eagles' playoff game then I'm in.
