Lions have a hard schedule too. 49ers aren't out of the woods yet, they end the season with the Bears and Seahawks. Seahawks also have a tough road. Rams too. On paper Eagles actually have a easier schedule than the others but that means nothing if they don't take care of their own business but the season is far from over. The Bottom line, a 10 win team in the NFC isn't going to make it.
