Still no Jacorian Bennett?

Sweat's a good player and has been really good in ARI, but the totality of his Eagles career has become comically overrated

Not the player Williams is 🤣 ⏲️

I think there are only 2 tush push TD's.

THAT PLAY SUCKS!

League clearly figured it out and the bills mastered it.

It would be classy to do something to honor his loss, like a patch on the jersey in the game against them or something.

The worst PC answer Nick has ever had

"My dog was right at Kevin’s feet for a long time. He must have pet him. He’s kind of an annoying dog. If you pet him one time, he doesn’t leave you alone. So I’ve learned not to pet him. But I think Kevin did and I think he was sitting at his feet pretty much the whole time."

I didn't realize he's thrown for 20TDs. Nice. 7 more without a pick and he ties Foles

20 total TDs and 2 total turnovers. He has 15 TD passes and 1 interception.

Why do you hate the tush push.

Only 2 of the rushing TDs are tush push.

Regarding Milton Williams, we need to stop acting like he was going to sign here. With Carter and Davis here already, plus they have a history of rotating new DTs. The 2022 Super Bowl starters were Cox and Hargrave.

Williams didn't want to be here, he wanted to get a huge contract. During mic'd up and NFL Films videos from the playoffs, after a play during a game he would be yelling about how he wants to get PAID. Immediately after winning the SB he said the same thing. That was the first thought on his mind all playoffs: getting paid. Others were celebrating the team win, congratulating players for their character, leadership, celebrating brotherhood, celebrating with their families. Williams only cared about money. He got what he wanted.

Vic: "That f'ing dog was annoying, I kept kicking it to get it the hell out of the way."

I think there's a small chance, but it basically would be if there isn't anyone out there that wants to pay him, which seems unlikely given the year he's having.

Likely, Pitts, Andrews, Njoku are also FAs. I think that may make it cheaper to keep him than in past seasons. There's also a reason they couldn't trade him with last season. I am not sure that one healthy season is going to make a team be willing to pay him $10+ million a season.

DG has played well and likely will be back on a team-friendly deal. #81 can't block so we will draft our future TE to groom. DG does have some dead money so have to sort that out depending upon JC's new contract.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm sure as hell excited to see more discussions about Milton Williams. I just can't get enough.

Just to be clear, I made up a fake quote as a joke. I know that should be obvious but you never know these days. 😄

It's settled. We should fire Patullo.

Now that the trade deadline has passed and WIP can no longer talk about trading AJ Brown, the talk has shifted to whether or not the Phillies should extend Bryce Harper, which isn't even a thing. Well, this is where WIP is clever. It's not a complete nothing, as I'm sure Harper probably wants an extension, because who wouldn't want more money? But it's not something that is some big thing made by Harper or a big thing made by the Phillies. Yet they're trying to speak this drama into existence. Every time any kind of news comes up about Bryce Harper, WIP goes back to this thing which has never been a big story to begin with.

well it seems sunday ticket would be pointless for me then if Im not getting eagles games. I just need to figure out a way to reliably get eagles and 6ers.

Given how often we have to not comment on games because you are at a children’s game for your job, consider (1) a HDTV antenna and (2) NFL +. Locally, I occasionally, especially in preseason, get a CBS broadcasted Eagles game superseded by a Ravens game. I get NFL+ for $79 a year. They don’t show games live, except PS, but the games are immediately available after the live broadcast and shortly thereafter the condensed games. (Plus the All22 usually by Tuesday). I haven’t watched a live non Eagles game except an occasional Thursday, Sunday or Monday night game in years. I watch condensed games. About 35 minutes to 45 minutes, no commercials and occasionally with the sound up. NFL + is an app. I mirror my IPad to my Mac which I HMDI to my TV. I never worry about traveling and missing a game (of course I also DVR games and Comcast anywhere in the country as well). I maintain cable for highspeed internet and college football and hoops, which I mostly record and watch throughout the week with remote in hand creating my own condensed games.

It had better not be a thing, because he's making $27.5M per year and hasn't driven in 100 runs since 2019. I'd be lying if I said he was my favorite player.
