Any reason why FCC censoring this not a big issue?

Can you imagine the absolute temper tantrum the right would throw if Biden had used the FCC to keep a republican candidate off the air? Not only the right, the mainstream media would be running it non stop. This barely gets mentioned. I never want to hear about the "left wing media" ever again. There's no such thing.

It’s at nearly 10 Million views… 4x the viewers than the trump worship rally… probably more than the normal viewers for a regular Kimmel show.

That was a HUGE decision by SCOTUS. Now on to the next grift and/or election fraud scheme.

The damage is done anyways, they have sowed more doubt in the confidence of mail in voting.

It's completely insane that 2 judges actually ruled that the post office has authority to interfere with elections and a third said he would likely join them if the case came back to the court before the 2028 election. This is actual third world, banana republic bullshít but we're all so numb to it by now because we're the frogs being slowly boiled.

Alito and Thomas aren't really SC justices. They are politicians occupying those seats who will rubber stamp quite literally anything Trump and the republicans want to do. They are the equivalent of Tommy Tuberville voting with Trump 100% of the time. Not to mention Thomas is openly corrupt and has been taking bribes for the last 20 years without even trying to hide it. Apparently there are no laws on the books that says a SC Justice can't accept bribes. Our system of democracy is really stupid. It's all predicated on politicians and government officials being good people who would act in the public's interest.

It's stupid and self-defeating though, honestly. Why vote for that when it's gonna fail anyway? It only helps build the case that the court's illegitimate. Every time they vote for a nakedly partisan, unconstitutional power grab it makes packing the court easier.

it's also based on an overly naive (being nice there) voting pool who keep electing swampers.

Without the extra publicity, I would not have known Talarico was going to be on Kimmel's show. I don't watch late night nor do I follow his show.

They throw as much feces against the wall as possible and even if it doesn't stick, it stains.
