Posted January 12Jan 12 KP will not be fired. This team’s window has officially closed. Lane can’t play a whole season anymore. Dallas will be gone. They have major issues across the whole OL. Several key players getting older and less effective. So they’ll be a less talented team with the same incompetent leadership. Welcome to third or fourth place in the NFC East foe the foreseeable future
January 12Jan 12 It hurts like hell, but people said that after 2023 as well. KP will be fired. We need to get a competent OC and invest heavily in young talent for the offense in the draft, particularly on the o-line.There is still a lot of talent on this team.
January 12Jan 12 He'll be fired. But the team needs 2 OLs, two CBs and a kicker. Draft, FA, whatever. They will also need a DE if Phillips isn't re-signed. The front office blew it by not bringing in another kicker a month ago as it was obvious Elliott either lost it or was a mental case.

How many seasons is this with a lower body injury for Lane?I love how incompetent leadership lead them to 3 SBs in the last 10 years winning 2 of them.

GEEZZ, we all saw this season play out and expected to be one and done but I think its a bit ridiculous to act like we are not going to have losing seasons from now on.....

The OL has a ton of money invested into it but the entire interior is awful. Lane can’t stay healthy and they refuse to draft a replacement. Dallas is gone. They need two safeties but won’t spend the money. Baun was a shell of himself and will be another year older. So less talent, same idiotic incompetent coaching staff.

They haven’t been here 10 years. And they just wasted a season where they were talented enough to make another run. It’s not trolling, it’s facts.
January 12Jan 12 They canned Pederson when he wouldn't make the changes needed. They have a wide field of coaching options right now and if they feel they can't solve the offensive problem both with innovation, playcalling and stability Sirianni will be gone. Patullo is gone for sure. The roster will still be SB caliber next year when not hamstrung by this level of offensive malpractice.
January 12Jan 12 I don't think the window is closed but you definitely need a mini rebuild. This is assuming that Jalen Carter Dickerson Jurgens etc had an off year and can bounce back. I also think AJ is no longer an elite receiver but we are stuck with him and not sure if there are any alternatives.
January 12Jan 12 Question is. Sell or keep the top earners on the offense? Or is this just a coaching and oline refresh?Im all for an offensive rebuild. Definitely keeping Smitty. Dude is all heart, soul, and talent. Barkley is solid too. A lot of $, though. At this point im happy with Tank as the lead back. The rest. I dont care what happens.Dead cap is a problem.

Who have been here for more than 10 years. The flaws were there all season long. This was not a SB team, very clearly.

January 12Jan 12 Not shocked at all, disappointed yes but shocked no. This may play out like it did with Pederson with how this season played out it's possible. As far as window is concerned I believe it's still wide open all they need is some real coaching. Howie I trust to be able to assemble a talented roster it's the execution of it that concerns me.

I rooted for the Chiefs in every SB they played except for the 2 against us. I'm grateful they took care of business against the NIners the 2 times they played. For that matter, I had no problem with the Patriots run either. Rooted for them every time, of course except the 2 times we played them as well.
January 12Jan 12 @RainWave23 is the biggest bedwetter on this forum after @xxeaglesfanxx Those 2 are such pu55ies

I can’t see the owner and the GM not forcing Nick’s hand to hire a new guy for the job.
