I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in November. They removed my thyroid gland right before Thanksgiving. Post surgical blood test showed a thyroid globulin number of a 6, which is above the threshold, requiring oral radiation. Endocrinologist wanted to wait before moving forward on the radiation. This morning it was a 0.8, below the threshold. Eagles are winning the Super Bowl, Dallas still sucks, and foosball is not the devil. 🙂

We’ve been dealing with the aftermath of having our cable/internet account hacked for months now, and yesterday we were hit with more headaches. Needless to say I’m over it and get pissed off every time something new comes up. Anyway, last night we were in the middle of dealing with it when my 11 year old daughter walked down and said "that was some filthy, atrocious language I just heard. My wife figured it was something she said because I don’t cuss much but my daughter said no, I said it. Said what??? Holy cow what slipped out in my anger? Embarrassment building we finally got her to hint at what I said. What I said was "having to deal with this crap is such a pain in the ass.” That’s it. That’s the filthy, atrocious language. I laughed and told her to get the f over it.

i was sitting at an intersection early this morning and saw a couple of younger fellas run out of a small convenience/tobacco store, jump into a car and speed out of the parking lot (there was another fella, in the same parking lot as them who saw them run out and immediately started filming them. I mean he was literally walking towards them with his phone sticking out obviously filming them while they're running right past him. Either very brave, very stupid, or possibly both). Meanwhile the light had turned and I drove through the intersection so the perps pulled out right in front of me. About a mile down the road I see them go around a car in the bike lane the immediately get stopped by a red light, which they stopped for, and waited for.  Guess the possibility of a ticket for running a red light was a bridge too far. I'm right behind them and they're in the car yelling and pointing at each other. Finally I had to take an entrance ramp to the highway and they kept on going. I spoke with the store to give them the car and license plate info and thankfully no one was hurt. If you're getting up early to go rob a convenience store then, for God's sake, just get a freaking job.

I know, I should have, but I was on the phone with someone while it was all going down, and when I told them what was going on they suggested that I wasn't actually in the store to witness the robbery, just saw them run out, maybe they were in a hurry, call the store 1st and ask. So I did, they thanked me for calling, confirmed the robbery, took the info I had then told me they'd already called. By then I was on the highway heading south.  If I had it to do over....

You didn't see them in the store, so you couldn't comment on that.  And the store owner likely got a better look at them than you did, so they can give a better description.

 

But you saw the route they took when they fled, you saw how they interacted.  It's not too late to give the fuzz a call.  Any little bit helps.
