I probably drink at least a half to almost a full gallon of water everyday.
February 16, 20214 yr just finished this book that my dentist turned me on to. it’s a pretty good read. i’m currently doing some of the deep breathing routines but i think i’ll pass on some of the more intense practices.

My daughter the nurse texted me and said I should call my doctor and ask them to put me and my wife on the vaccine list, so I did and like less then a hour later my wife got the call. We each got different levels of sore arms for our first dose. Mine started first and it was mostly mild. Schmoopies hit several hours later and she couldn't lift her arm.

I'm glad you were able to get them. My daughter has had both of hers. She got a little sicker with the second one.

My SiL works at a cancer center and she was down for a day after her second one. Not sure which vaccine she got. They recommend taking a day after the second one.
