March 23, 20223 yr Just ran into a Sam’s Club to pick up a few necessities. I was in there for 20 minutes tops. While I was in there someone ganked a Corvette, and a license plate off a mini van, from right behind my car. I felt really bad for both of them, but especially the Corvette guy. Naturally he was an older white guy, and he was pushing a shopping cart full of bulk items around the parking lot, looking completely lost, hoping in vain that he’d just forgotten where he parked.

Like for reals hot. I was unable to take a ninja pic, so you all are just gonna have to take my word for it, and I would never lie to you. So they gave you pain medication at the hospital then

For clarity, the like was for getting basically the same car back, not for your ex wife's saggy milkers

I have heard good things about carmax. They will absolutely not budge on price. But its 0 hassle. And you're not going to go there and be surprised that the car is a piece of crap. They sell only really good cars. Havent bought there myself but I know people who have.

It's how they do business. Excellent cars. Not great trade in value and won't budge on price. But you know what you're getting when you go there. And you know the buying experience will be quick and easy with no hassle. You can reserve cars online and they'll all be lined up waiting for you at the location of your choice. They will ship cars there for you to look at. Nearby locations are free. From far away there could be a fee. Sometimes that fee can be waived. But you know when you go, your car will be there. They're not gonna say it just sold and try to get you to look at something else. No surprises like that.
March 28, 20223 yr just found my wifes old car for sale. we turned it in last week for a new lease. they didnt even use pictures of it cleaned. they took these pictures when we went to look at cars. all her sheet is still in it, salt from the snow we got that week still on the sides.

Just slap a bigger battery in that sucker and watch it go. $50,000 obo.
March 28, 20223 yr i went with a buddy of mine a couple weeks ago to look at mowers, and its the same thing with them. he had one in mind but they didnt have it in store and said the only way they could order it is if he paid in full up front and they couldnt guarantee it would be here in the next 18 months. also, it was non refundable.
March 29, 20223 yr I got an email yesterday from the Mazda dealership where I bought my current car. It said something like "by our calculations you have approximately 16 more payments left" and they want me to trade in my vehicle for a new one and keep my monthly payment roughly the same with a new 7 year finance (hellz no). The jokes on them though b/c I just made my last payment in February. Car is already paid off BOOYAHH!
March 29, 20223 yr I got first dibs on a RAV4 Prime the day before thanksgiving. Surprisingly selling for MSRP (some dealerships were doing $7-10k over MSRP) but I wasn’t going to do a 4.9% finance or whatever absurd rate was the default through Toyota. Bought a pre-owned 5-series plug-in hybrid instead (posted here a few months back). Randomly online this weekend, and seeing used RAV4 Primes with like 11,000 miles being listed for like $60k (probably $10k more than what MSRP + sales tax would have been). Now I’m almost mad I didn’t buy just to beat the piss out of it and sell a few months later for a huge profit.
