Id eat that sandwich every day. Very nice. Some people who love being wrong would suggest ketchup. I couldn't find ribeye at my local boyers, so I grabbed some boneless short ribs instead. Stuck em in the freezer and sliced them as thin as I could with a knife. They didn't chop up on the griddle the way ribeye does, so that's why you see bigger pieces. If I had a meat slicer, it'd better but I'm working with what I got. As for the rolls, the crust was a bit hard. I left them in the oven a little longer to make sure the outside wasn't soft. Crust has definitely softened up after spending the night in a plastic bag. Inside could be more airy, and I left out some specialty ingredients that I couldn't find in the area. I think if I picked them up (they help with yeast development) and pulled the rolls a touch early it'd make a huge difference. I'm happy though, it was my first attempt at making any kind of bread.

April 4, 20232 yr My friends, today I bring you tidings of great joy. For on this day there exists, the Purple Harmony pillow I've never been able to find a pillow that works for me. I've tried the tallest pillows I could find and they would all compress too far forcing me to use a 2nd pillow underneath. Until this weekend that is. Shopping for mattresses for my youngest's new bed they had some Purple mattresses, which I've always wanted to try out, on the show room floor. On those mattresses they had these Purple pillows. When I laid my head on it it too felt like it was going to compress too much, but then didn't. It stayed at the perfect height. I turned on my side, it stayed at the perfect height. I asked how much it cost, $169. That's way too much for a pillow I thought. But it was exactly what I've always wanted in a pillow. The wife and I each bought one and I've slept on it for 2 nights now and never once felt like I needed a 2nd pillow underneath. If you too have had trouble finding the right pillow, and can stomach the price, I can't recommend strongly enough. Unless you're allergic to latex, then you'll probably want to avoid. On a side note the Purple mattresses themselves also felt amazing but at $4000 I haven't been able to talk myself into that one. Yet.
