Just got back from my mother's oncologist. They're really happy with the results of her latest CT Scan. All of the cancer has reduced a little. So a really good report.

One good think about the pandemic: your teenage daughter is under quarantine.

Yeah, I imagine this is not a good time for the plug two wires into a speaker career. Sorry man.

Yea I'm hoping the business can get back on track after all this. We make a good bit this time a year off college and highschool graduations.

On the plus side, I'm making more money on unemployment than I did when I was working, so if everything goes back to normal I'll have a nice little bit squirreled away.

Exactly.  Otherwise, I’d be the one out here target shooting with something else.

My brother in law is in the same boat.  They set up sound equipment for concerts and conferences.  His company laid off just about everyone.

My fingertip is like a small layer of obsidian.

That's awful...and the worst part is that it will likely be quite a while before we have social gatherings again.

Ahole’s beer comment made me ponder.  Why tf do people make ahole comments about what others drink?  You drink what you enjoy.  When it comes to beer I like this miller lite sheet.  However, i also enjoy the hardest sheet straight up without ice or a mixer.  Give me any booze and I find it more enjoyable room temp straight up.  I don’t make fun of someone else because they my take it on the rocks, mixed or up their a**.  I really don’t care.  Drink what you enjoy, and how you like it.  Are we still in college?  Do I get cool points for chugging some high quality beer?  ****ots!

For some reason other beers really blow up my gut.  I could literally have 2 or 3 beers like a Guinness and be stuffed for 48 hrs.  Miller Lite is easy on my stomach, burps out good, doesn’t give me the craps or a hangover.  My beverages of choice are gin and vodka (straight) in the warm weather and (whiskey, Scotch and red wine in cool weather).
However, I never drink milky loads like @sameaglesfan does.  NEVER.

I certainly enjoy my higher quality beers - good IPAs and stouts, etc. but I always have a case of Miller Lite or something similar in the fridge for when I wanna put a good session in.  You can’t drink that high test stuff all day/night

Lately I’ve been drinking Yuengling light lager - good light beer

LMBALLSO!!!

I love me all kinds of beer.  But honestly, in my old age, I'd rather have a glass of wine.

Of course, only when setting appropriate, like at dinner or in my bathrobe getting day drunk.  I wouldn't order it at the bar with my buddies or whip it out at a tailgate.

That’s the thing, I’d never give you sheet about what you like to drink.  That’s awesome.  I actually really enjoy the taste of better beers, but they destroy my stomach.  One? Yeah.  Two? Mmm yeah. Three? Feeling full.
my point is...why do grown a** adults still act like tough guys with alcohol?  Give me an liquor straight up.  I will enjoy it while others gag like a beetch.  But give me high quality beer?  Meh, kills me for some reason.  So I drink what I like and never say sheet about what others enjoy.
