This is based on...?

My opinion.....

I’m surrounded by bears fans. They all want Wentz and almost don’t care what it takes. "He’d be like getting Khalil Mack but for the offense.” Before Mack left, he was thought of as a "baby” and "malcontent” too.

Before Mack left the Raiders he had three straight double digit sack seasons, three straight pro bowls, two of which were all pro. Not exactly comparable to Wentz.

Teams don’t need Twitter to know Carson isn’t very good, I hope the Bears aren’t reading Twitter though, cause most of their fans seem to  hate the idea of Wentz who are posting there. Not everyone seems to think Wentz is on the same level as Russell Wilson like you do. 😂

I’ll be glad when the SB is over and the Eagles can officially move on from all this. The sooner they trade him the better. Well maybe not for the team the gets him, but who cares.

The Bears are reading this message board, I'm thinking maybe we should stop spilling the beans on Wentz.

My bad. He’s the greatest all time! Can’t believe the Eagles want to trade him! Oh woe is me!

Seeing some speculation of Wentz going to Carolina for 8th overall pick. Give me that trade all day.

I spent a lot of time with Coach Rhule when he was at Temple. The only other offensive coach they have that I know is Brian Angelichio, who I've known forever. I couldn't speak higher about either guy. Matt doesn't put up with nonsense, I can tell you that. He has an uncanny knack for getting along with everyone. He's truly gifted. Most guys who can do that are BS artists. Coach Rhule isn't. He attracts lots of talented people. Even had a young woman that helped out at Temple named Samantha Diamond that basically did everything to accommodate EVERYONE. She's now Director of Football Ops at Fordham. She's sharp. I'd bet she runs his foundation or ends up in Carolina.

Matt Rhule is aggressive. So is Dave Tepper. If they think Carson Wentz can be the guy and that the issues he had here "mentally for lack of a better word" will be behind him, they'll go after him. They won't be afraid to spend either. That's good news.

He just puts up with zero BS. People see Matt Rhule and all you hear are nice guy stories. He's an amazing guy. Met a lot of football people in my life and he was awesome. Again, there is no room for screwing around with him though.

There will do super due diligence. That staff did insane diligence at Temple and got moreso at Baylor. I can't imagine how deep they go at this level.

If he doesn't stay here I hope he goes to the Colts. I think a reunion with Reich could be exactly what he needs. I have no ill will towards the guy and would love to see him succeed.... outside of our Conference

Something for all interested to think about, this SB shows what  a make-shift OL will do to a QB, the great Mahomes didn't look so great without his starting two tackles.

He also had a foot injury, his guys dropped balls they normally catch, & bucs D is damn good. But yea that oline was trash.

Exactly.  Held the ball to long, took bad sacks, couldn’t get TD’s instead of field goals, and piled up garbage time stats.  Everything the clown says about Wentz.

Nobody ever dropped a perfectly thrown game winning Wentz pass ??

Dont forget wentz frequently over throws, under throws, and overlooks wide open wrs.

Mahommes did that today

Wentz is extremely fragile and unlikeable in rumors.

It's actually pretty funny watching fans acting like jilted ex-lovers trying to tear down the player that they feel let them down ... via rumors.

So did Wentz have a problem with Hurts being drafted in the 2nd? Rumors said he did. Are those incorrect also?

rumors of Wentz getting shopped must be untrue also. Rumors of Jim Schwartz retiring a feed before he did was untrue as well. Rumors are all false

What didn’t Arians say this is the new norm ??

Maybe he should write a book.

Hopefully because the GCOAT is going to retire.

Maybe if this game were against the Bengals I’d see your point, but not against the current SB champions and especially while AR and Reid are dealing with his son and all that mess.

The point I was trying to make is It's hard to perform when you're under constant pressure, the better the defense the harder it is.

I'm not at all surprised at the outcome of the SB, I figured as much when I heard of KC's OL woes.

In my book, this SB increased Wentz' value.  Why?

We saw how mediocre the amazing Patrick Mahomes looked when his starting tackles went down.  Really was an opportune time for that point to be hammered home - the conclusion being that if Wentz' line was not decimated, he would not have had the type of year he had.

And the point I’m making is one game isn’t the same as a season. It also is very relevant the Chiefs and Reid are dealing with real world issues. In the end one game is not the equivalent of a season worth of bad play.

Eags are gonna trade Wentz tmrw after watching mahomes look like mike McMahon with no blocking.
