This NFC East is such a dumpster fire (AGAIN!) that I suspect 7-9 may be good enough to win it.

(NOTE: This is a NEW poll to reflect the fact Bengals-Eagles ended in a tie)

Pretty weak NFC East.

Dallas wins with at least 10 wins.  Shoot, they win 6 in the NFC East alone.  Which NFC East team beats the Cowboys right now?

That's what everyone thought last year too and the year before. There were threads about them going undefeated

Giants are improving. They are like a 5 win team but they are playing better. They will beat us once this year.

But you are right Dallas likely goes 5-1 or 6-0 in the division. They are definitely sweeping us. We have matched up poorly against them for a few years now.

Dallass is going to go on a tear and finish well north of 10-6 because this is a nightmare season where everything goes wrong

Where are they improving?? Lol. Barkley the best back in the freaking league had 15 carries for 6 yards!! Lmao. Then blew his knee out in the second game. They are probably worse then they have been at this point .

Does it matter? Dallas still sucks.

@SNOORDA I like you and your optimism.

This division is wide open.  We are behind the count but its soo early.  If carson plays better (as bad as the defense has looked) we are 1-1 or maybe even 2-0.   So the way i see it, we need wentz to step up.  And the defense as a whole to improve (both things are very possible).

1 game at a time.  This division is still the eagles to take.

With Barkley gone, they haven't got a prayer. Even against us.

Two wins for us there at least.

This team still has to earn those wins though. Let's take it one week at a time. I understand Washington had a stacked DL, but still, we lost to them?! The Rams are a good team, so I'm not as upset with that loss, but that game was also winnable early on.

If we find a way to lose to the Bengals and go 0-3, there's no reason to assume any given week is a W, with how inconsistently Wentz has played so far this season.

This division is flat out bad.

Without Barkley NY are going to struggle.

The Cowboys D looks shot and they are going to struggle to put up enough points in a lot of games.

Washington are improved but their offense still isn't very good.

That’s just Wrestlevessel. If the Giants score a TD to take the lead in a game in week 4, he becomes inconsolable believing the Giants have just clinched the Super Bowl.

Cincy is winnable and now so is SF. Niners are absolutely decimated with injuries and we could conceivably sneak two wins over the next couple of weeks.

Cincy is winnable I agree though they are a team on the up with an exciting young QB. It won't be easy but yes it's winnable.

SF though... Yeah they are decimated by their injuries but they still have enough to handle us.

  • 2 weeks later...

I replaced the poll question on record with a new one due to the Bengals-Eagles game ending in a tie.

No option for 'cancelled season'?

This assumes the season is played out, even if they have to do it like the NBA and NHL and piecemeal it and worry about next year later on.
