Quinn and Joseph could both be back later after the draft and UDFAs.  They would be low cost and have experience with the team.  No rush as they can wait until they know what they have with the incoming class.

Howie is talking about signing Hurts to long term deal, likely in huge sum.  Not sure if there is any cap room available for such deal.
