Posted November 27, 20204 yr Lane told reporters today that he needs season ending ankle surgery. Matt Pryor supposedly the next man up. Another day in Eagles paradise. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/eagles-lane-johnson-says-hes-out-for-the-rest-of-the-season-due-to-ankle-injury/
November 27, 20204 yr I didn't know he needed surgery again. Pretty negligent by the team to put him out there when he wasn't fully healed So he'll have 2 surgeries in less than 6 months. Little worried about whether he'll be able to stay healthy in the future now
November 27, 20204 yr The Philadelphia injury parade continues. Major props to Lane- he gave it all he could. I understand when he said his ankle "collapsed." Mine did, too. You can't even walk right when that happens. It's like you actually feel bones sticking into each other, then jabbing at your nerves. I still deal with that one, so I hope he gets better results using surgery as the method of curing it. Thank you, Lane, for giving it all you had.
November 27, 20204 yr Unfortunately, his body seems to be breaking down right after they gave him an extension. Same with Brandon Brooks. I hope they both make a full recovery and return to All-Pro form.

Jackson did the same thing last year and he got killed for it, but we rip the team when Lane does it?
November 27, 20204 yr I’ve been saying they need to shut him down so as to avoid risking making the injury much worse and putting his 2021 season in jeopardy. No sense pushing through it in a year that is already down the tubes. With Pryor kicking out wonder if Herbig now starts again at RG or if the bizarre roster shuffling continues and they roll with an inferior Opeta.

I don't watch them but heard their defense sucks 6 minutes ago, EazyEaglez said: Pretty negligent of him to have his surgery in training camp and hamper the team the entire year over it. I was just focused on the team because he wasn't 100% and they put him in

November 27, 20204 yr He should've never played until fully healed. I wonder who's fault it was waiting 3 weeks until the opener for him to have surgery which should've been done after last season ended
