Last game was depressing. Things were kind of looking up there for a bit but it really wasn't sustainable relying so much on a run game involving a QB. I'm tired of the mobile QB BS. I want a QB that reads the field, has a quick release, and is extremely accurate. Now that we have an actual killer at receiver in Devonta we need someone who can consistently give him the ball.

I'll say this much: I just started coaching high school this year, and most of the coaches  are Eagles fans. The most experienced guy on our staff just came on board this year. This guy has coached at multiple successful college and high school programs. He's forgotten more football than anyone on the EMB will ever know, and this guy is all aboard the Hurts train. Someone brought up the idea of trading for Wilson in our group text the other night, and coach's words were exactly this: "Hurts is fine! Great attitude. Hard worker. Talented. Just needs experience!"

That's good enough for me.

The Eagles never had a quarterback who was these things. We all would love to have the greatest quarterback ever. You let me know when the Eagles find that guy. Of course even when they do it would be nice to see more than one receiver on the roster capable of making the catch. 
 

edit: My mistake. The most accurate quarterback the Eagles had was Sam Bradford. Those were fun times right?

Funny thing is I don't hear jack sheet about pressures unless it's in the same conversation about Graham. 

Don't get me wrong though I love Graham and he is really missed out on the field. I just think at some point they tried to justify his draft status with the pressures. He got so much better a little later in his career and dropped the bust label a long time ago. So I'm thankful for that.
