I saw some complaining that the pass to Goedert on the crossing route in the 4th (IIRC) that if it's a better pass then it's a TD. Let's ignore the fact that he was rolling out the opposite direction and throwing across his body on his back foot. The fact that he completed it in the first place surprised me let alone the fact that it wasn't a perfect pass.

Nitwits complaining about the quarterback right now makes no sense. He’s had three consecutive good games. 

Still odd about how Jalen is viewed on these forums. Whatever the case, Jalen has become a star. It’s becoming more obvious every week. It’s not quite how we anticipated things would go but it is what it is. He’s clearly worked his tail off.

Now go even further next summer Jalen.

He's done well enough against bad teams to get us to the playoffs. Question is whether he can turn this team into a title contender. But for now, he's exceeded expectations.

Thought he was great again this week. Continues to take what the defense gives him and either hurts them with his legs or does enough with the arm to keep our offense moving.

He had some nice throws in the pocket today as well as on the run. His accuracy in the short game continues to be excellent and allows for guys to get yards after the catch.

I didn’t see him really force any bad throws this game which was a plus. Also, I thought WFT defense came to play today, and Hurts still found ways to be successful. 
 

I’m really excited to see him in a playoff game. 

He was great again today. Of course he wasn’t perfect, there are always a couple of plays he’d like to have back where he missed a read or whatever but overall in a game where he needed to carry more of the offence minus the RBs, he played very very well. 

To me he has clearly played 2 of his best games in the last 3 weeks. Both the WAS games are what we have been waiting for. Keep it up.

He’s wrong. The Eagles didn’t make the playoffs in Vick’s first full year as our starting QB.

Mcnabb and Hurts both lead the Eagles to Wild Card Berths in their 2nd Seasons (1st as the full time starter).   But I believe Hurts may be the youngest Eagles QB to do it and he started less games than Mcnabb did in year 1.   Vick did it in his 2nd year with us but he wasn't the Starter until Kolb got hurt in game 1.   Plus he had already played with ATL for several seasons.  Mcnabb and Hurts is a better comparison because they were both young when they did it.

So Hurts will finish this season having made a larger statistical jump from year 1 to 2 than Josh Allen did (with both making the playoffs in their second season).

Congrats to the young man and here’s to more improvement. 
 

And oh, PE.COM, we didn’t miss the implication of Jalen’s image in that picture.

A few people around here seem to think the guy is great. The guys that he throws to compared to Hurts isn’t even close, but Hurts is the guy in the playoffs.
