Well they actually gave that dude a lot of weapons and spent a lot of money trying to get him weapons prior to that. They signed Jefferson the street when he was the best receiver available, and they traded for Smith, signed Wallace, and Jackson. In the end Wentz was making a lot of money so they couldn’t do but so much though he still had Goedert and Ertz to boot. Of course the excuses were always the Eagles never gave Wentz any player though. 🙄

The Eagles told us over and over again that Hurts is their guy. They have said it from multiple people in the organization. The funny thing is the same people who have been believing every rumor thrown out there that the Eagles are chasing after this player or that player now don’t wish to believe that Hurts had some influence on Brown being here. The year Hurts was drafted they had him being flipped for picks, and never being a starter. He proved them wrong. The next year he was supposed to be benched by week six. He proved them wrong. He was never going to the get them to the playoffs. He proved them wrong. The Eagles don’t want him this off-season and they’re getting WilsonbRodgers/or Watson or some other quarterback (“anyone but Hurts” as some of the dopes wrote) He proved them wrong. They’re drafting one of these quarterbacks to replace him. He proved them wrong. He can’t get a wide receiver to come in here and play with him. He proved them wrong. Year after year this kid keeps defying the expectations of his haters and they just seem to get angrier about it. 😂

Brown is here because the Titans wouldn’t pay him what he wanted in a contract, if they had given him the number he wanted he would have stayed in Tennessee

Brown is here because the Philadelphia Eagles traded for him. Brown is here because he was willing to sign a contract here. If he didn’t want to get passes from Hurts does he agree to an extension? If he doesn’t agree to an extension do the Eagles make the trade? Try again hater. 😂🤣🤣

He had no choice where he went, if the Eagles did not have two 1sts he would not be here.  The Titans could have traded him to Green Bay and Kansas City, but the Eagles had a higher first to offer.

He took the $$ as it made him the 4th highest paid WR in the league, and if Hurts does not work out and the Eagles go another direction, he will still be here getting paid.

The numbers turned out were lower, but that isn’t the whole story. Certainly another team could have moved in to get him, but he still chose to extend here. Ultimately all the talk that no one wants to come here cause Hurts is our quarterback is bs.

And I just posted his interview after the draft that said he would’ve stayed in Tennessee if they paid him what he was worth, he is in Philly because they had the most to offer in a trade.  
 
Do you think he would not have signed a contract extension if the Chiefs had offered both of their firsts and acquired him ??

Trying to make Hurts the reason he agreed to a contract is absurd. It's nice to join a friend. But Titans offered much less. Brown said he wanted to stay if Titans gave him what he wanted. He apologized to Titans fans, saying he didn't want it, wasn't his fault.

No one is arguing Brown doesn't want to play with Hurts. We're arguing Hurts isn't the deciding factor, a much bigger contract was. 

Brown was literally quoted saying he wanted to stay if Titans paid him.
