They barely beat the texans and only because the colts collapsed did they score alot in the 4th quarter of that game

I say only play Hurts in week 18 if we lose to both Dallas and NO with Minshew. Hurts won't just sit on his hands but use the time to get even better as a passer. Perhaps even study film of the next likely opponents in the playoffs...

Here is something that really is stupid to me. Sports reporter Reuben Frank has been gushing over Hurts running the ball all year, while I have been saying it's been too much- that Hurts is taking a pounding, that they need to make him run less and use Sanders and the RB's more. So.....
 

So now that Hurts got hurt....Reuben Frank writes an article saying how he has been saying all along- all season even...  how Hurts is running too much, blah, blah, blah. What a freekin liar. He has been GUSHING over Hurts running stats all year. I hate hypocrites. Reuben Frank is that kid we grew up with, who says he hates some team that at the time has a losing record, then when that team starts winning every game, he is the front runner- "Yeah, I told you they were my favorite team!"

They're trending down. Looks like teams have figured them out to give them this much of a problem. Still a winnable game even without Hurts. Seems like teams have been attacking Parsons directly. He's been pretty much nullified. May be worn down or something.

Well at least the schedule for vikings and boys leaves a chance for both teams to get a loss. And cowboys have racked up significant injuries on defensive side of the ball.

Another Carson Wentz/Nick Foles situation??? Vaguely similar. MVP type season and then an injury at the end.

Difference is 1 loss in the column which is a huge difference.

Way different then Wentz/Foles! Hurtz could probably play through this injury if he had to. Just doesn't sound that serious. I know it's not conventional thought but I was even thinking it might be a good idea to rest some starters against the Cowboys because they tend to very physical games. My bigger fear about that game is injuries and not a loss to the Cowboys. As much as I would lavish spoiling their Christmas, it's not a must win game.
