Even Sirianni didn't know for sure earlier in the week. As I stated, I'll be backing Minshew 100%. I just wasn't ruling out Hurts until he was ruled out. I would rather Hurts play, but if he can't play, he can't play. I already explained this thoroughly.

In case you haven't figured it out yet (I figured common sense would prevail), I post before work and after work. I don't post during work. 

If you would venture out of the blog more often, you would see that Hurts isn't the only topic I participate in. It just happens to be the most active "topic" in TATE.

It's funny he said that after the fact he let Hurts run around and throw so much in Chicago in those conditions. Hopefully he got a wake up call in the form of a warning from the football gods.

Only reason I could think of, and I'm giving Siri way too much credit here, but maybe he wanted Hurts to get real reps in those conditions. Who knows how the weather will be in Philly for the 2 home games during the playoffs.

After the injury I believe Hurts ran at least 3 more times to include a QB sneak for a TD, a 2 point conversion, and he went 7-10 for well over 100 yards. He played better after he got injured. 😂

If SiriSoft ™ wanted to "do what's best for the organization", he would have listened to us, ESPECIALLY in the Bears game, where Hurts was taking a beating, and stop having him run too much, and not run Hurts too much every freekin game. Hero ball got Wentz killed right before that playoffs, and IN the playoffs. They need to change that sheeeet- now.

Time for the Stache.  This should be fun.

Major silver lining of the Hurts injury is it allows up to coddle him until the playoffs, almost assuring no more serious injury is entolled before the big boy games start

He is what he is. A very good backup but makes horrible plays once in a while

We need him back next week. Minshew played as well as a backup can be expected to play, but we can't fool around with the 1 seed.

Define "well."  I think he had a pretty decent game, but he was high a lot, and pretty off with his throws. Davonta made some great catches, but Watkins' route running is pretty awful.  How he lets the defender take the inside position on him is embarrassing.
