The mob pushed through barricades. 3 The mob broke windows and doors to enter the Capitol. 4 The mob broke chamber door windows and Ashley Babbitt was shot trying to climb through those windows. 5 The Capitol police withdrew from their protective perimeter 6 The mob was allowed to meander through the Capitol building like tourists. This is the chronological order of January 6th. Meanwhile, in the background, Capitol police also worked to evacuate Reps and Senators to a secure location. Where in the timeline above would you say Capitol police declared Congress members "safe”? Do you think the moment that declaration was made the Capitol police changed how they were handling the mob for the mob’s safety? I’m just asking questions here…
