Two Brooklynites Who Allegedly Showed Up in Far-Right Streamer’s Video Charged for Storming U.S. Capitol

Surveillance footage shows both Ferrigno and Connor walking around the Capitol with Lunyk, the FBI said. Texts from Lunyk’s phone shows messages between the three, investigators said.

Ferrigno allegedly wrote on Jan. 7 that he was not in the capitol but texted five days later: "WE WERE FORCED INTO THE CAPITOL.”

On Jan. 7, Lunyk texted Ferrigno a New York Post article reporting that "Baked Alaska” had COVID-19 when he stormed the Capitol, but Ferrigno denied that he would have been exposed, according to text messages embedded in the affidavit.

"He was also COVID +,” Ferrigno wrote.

Charges are entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Oh, forced into the Capitol. Sure. Sounds likely.

More harrowing footage of the breach released today.

I can definitely see why it's drawing so many comparisons to 9/11.

Kz when a black kid allegedly trespasses through a construction site: "This THUG was terrorizing white families and they had every right to hunt him down!"

Kz when a bunch of armed white people break into the capitol building: "I don't understand what the big deal is..."

40 minutes of criminals commiting crimes. Lock them all up for as long as the law allows.

First point is very accurate. I certainly remember saying that.

Look at that video though. Is there any wonder why Biden's DOJ are fighting tooth and nail to keep the surveillance footage from being made public? The way the cops are calmly walking past them. lmfao, literally the most overhyped news story in human history. Had some of you saying it was worse than 9/11.

Be honest... what is a bigger deal to you? A black kid walking through a construction site or Trump supporters breaking into the Capitol building? I already know the answer but I am genuinely curious to read your response.

They are both huge deals. I hate throwing around the 9/11 comparison, but they are both definitively worse.

40 minutes of evidence. Lock every one of them that can be identified up. Max sentences for every crime that any of them can be convicted of. It's pretty simple and right on film.

Meanwhile, any random weekend in Portland you have objectively worse riots in terms of damage. And the little ishlib leftists don't even get arrested anymore lmfao

It might seem strange that these retarded kids get to do this on a regular basis and face zero consequences, but then you remember that the city and the DA belong to the dumbest cult on the planet and it all makes sense.

Portland OR is the not the Capitol Building of the United Stated of America.  If the mayor and Gov. of that city and state can't control their citizens then they will most likely get voted out and one can hope that some Oregonian will step up to the challenge to get Portland off the worst city in America list.

But you?  Oh let's compare that to:

Disrupting the certification of an election (pre planned) Remember the tweets? Be there Jan. 6 Great Fun!   This from the President of the US.  Proceeds to hold a rally and he incited a riot, and it is all based on a BIG LIE!!!  No widespread election fraud, just a delusional man who has a cult following.  Not 1 judge ruled  in his favor, and the Justice dept.  kindly told him to STFU! He watched them riot on TV!  Damaging the building HE WAS IN CHARGE OF, ultimately.  What happens if we don't step up to idiots like this means no more free and fair democratic elections.

How you can even compare the two?  It's ridiculous. How do you put a $$ sign on losing the Republic you dumb arse..

I believe the max is 5 years for disrupting Congress while in session. Nail every face on that 40 minute video with 5 years in federal prison. F them.

Quit mainlining CNN and watch actual video footage. "Losing the Republic" lmfao. Seriously, watch the footage. There was, obviously, no attempt to overthrow the US government. No one has even been charged with anything remotely close to that. How the hell would that work anyway? "Hey we're all unarmed and in the capitol does that make us the president?"

And, yes, we can measure the destructiveness of riots by literally putting a pricetag on the amount of damage done during them. It's actually one of the easiest and most accurate measurements conceivable. Ishlib Antifa larpers do more damage on a regular basis than the scariest right wing riot of all time.

Not enough of a deterrent.  For the good of humanity, castration at minimum for everyone that walked in.  Or, they're female, they get balls and a sac but no D.

My opinion: Shaped by video footage and the FBI's admission that it was not a pre-planned coordinated attack of any kind and the fact that a grand total of zero people are charged with "insurrection" or "sedition" or any other buzzword that retarded ishlibs throw out constantly. That's right, zero. None. Zilch. Zippo.

Your opinion: "CNN said we almost lost the republic that day, so that's what I believe."

Yep, you're in a cult alright.

Like Kz!, Steven Bannon is held in contempt.

Jan. 6 committee unanimously votes to hold Bannon in contempt. House is about to decide whether the charge goes to DOJ for prosecution.

If convicted, he could face a fine and up to one year in prison.

Army reservist with 'Hitler mustache' demoted, discharged after Jan. 6 charges: report

https://thehill.com/policy/defense/army/577546-army-reservist-with-hitler-mustache-demoted-discharged-after-jan-6

Quote

Army Reservist Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, who was known among colleagues for sporting a "Hitler mustache," was demoted and discharged after he was charged in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, The Washington Post reported on Wednesday.

"This was a knee-jerk reaction to the charges,” Jonathan Crisp, Hale-Cusanelli’s attorney, told the Post. Hale-Cusanelli is the first known discharge from the military due to charges in connection with the assault, according to the newspaper.

Crisp called the less-than-honorable discharge in June "improper,” citing his client’s inability to defend himself due to his incarceration and inability to make comments without violating his Fifth Amendment rights in the Capitol case.

His attorney does not understand the military.

When I was in the USAF in Spain, there was not enough barracks room, so they encouraged people to sign up to live off-base.

So I bought a crappy Spanish car, got an apartment and lived in town, about 20 klicks from base. My car broke down one morning and I was late. I walked. My boss drove past me and did not pick me up (d-bag) - when I made it in, I was told to report to the Squadron Commander and offered my choice of court martial, or an Article 15 (administrative) punishment.

I took the Article 15. I was fined the maximum at the time, and give two weeks of crap duty. They are really nice and just don't give you a paycheck until you pay off the fine.

If he gets arrested and does not make bail, he is AWOL. The military takes that pretty seriously (unless you flee boot camp)

Attorneys are like used-car salesman with a fancy degree. This stupid attorney can argue all he wants, take it to the press, whatever. It won't change anything. I feel like the military treated him reasonably. He's lucky he didn't end up worse.
