The people who turned in their parents for their role in the Capitol attack

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/jan/07/capitol-attack-riot-trump-family-parents

Quote

Jackson told Teen Vogue that as the attacks unfolded, live on television, he received a phone call from the FBI, asking him to confirm his father’s identity and he confirmed that it was his father at the riot.

Jackson now lives away from his family and rarely communicates with them.

"He used to be one of the best dads ever,” he told the magazine. "He made me the man I am today. He taught me to be honest, not to steal, all that cliche stuff. I believe he brought me up to do what I did.”

Imagine having to make that choice.

Hey, Morons. Pay attention to Kazakhstan. That is a f'ing insurrection.

That would be more of a problem for the Kazakh, no?

Do you suppose there are lots of Kazakhs sitting around upset about 1-6-21?

Yes, please pay attention to the Trump wet dream currently playing out in Central Asia: This is what you voted for.

If you think any President is in control of U.S. regime change operations, you're kidding yourself. Those decisions are made above his head.

Political Cartoons by Steve Kelley

Ishlibs really are lame. Trump gets thousands to try to keep him in office.

Dems have one 72 year old.

Who needs supporters when you have the voting machines.

The democrats and republicans probably hash things out over bourbon and cigars long before the "election."

Four more US Capitol rioters plead guilty

https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/10/politics/january-6-four-defendants-plead-guilty/index.html

Quote

So far, 25% of the over 720 Capitol riot defendants have pleaded guilty to federal charges, most of whom were not accused of violence or destruction inside the Capitol building, and 76 defendants have been sentenced, according to CNN's latest tally.

Lock them up.

Sure. Only the people at the front broke windows. Only the few with bear spray used it, only a few had zip cuffs, only a few smeared feces.

Most were mindless dopes, sent to the Capitol by the president, because he is as stupid as they.

Nobody claims it was a good insurrection. Of course, you can't even admit that was on anyone's table, can you?

How many were charged with insurrection again?

They're about to charge the ring leaders with almost, pretty close, more or less, all but certain, to all intents and purposes, haphazard, lackadaisical, slipshod, amateurish, slovenly, lax insurrection.

Amen. Never thought an administration could make John Street look at least mediocre in comparison.

i worked at a collection agency back in the day that collected commercial accounts for the local utility companies. he owed peco over $8k from his city councilmen's office when he got elected mayor. he used the the office to strong arm peco and our company to cease and desist and never paid a dime.
