I guess that's adequate for now.

Imagine giving up 18 years of your life for freaking Donald Trump.  Not that the guy likely had much of a life anyway, but it’s still just insane.

‘Idiot’ Oath Keepers Rioter Jessica Watkins Gets 8.5 Years in Prison

https://www.thedailybeast.com/oath-keepers-capitol-rioter-jessica-watkins-gets-85-years-in-prison

Quote

Jessica Watkins, a military veteran, transgender woman, and Oath Keepers member who participated in the Jan. 6 insurrection, is going to prison for eight-and-a-half years. A federal judge sentenced Watkins on Friday—letting her off easy compared to other Oath Keepers members who stormed the Capitol. Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes got 18 years on Thursday, while another member, Kelly Meggs, got 12. Watkins had expressed some remorse for her role in the storming. "I was just another idiot running around the Capitol,” Watkins said, according to NBC. "But idiots are held responsible, and today you’re going to hold this idiot responsible.”

Apparently, the only January 6th defendant that understands, is a tranny.

More Oath Keepers convicted of sedition in US Capitol attack face sentencing

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/more-oath-keepers-convicted-of-sedition-in-us-capitol-attack-face-sentencing/ar-AA1bZ1kw

Quote

Two more members of the far-right Oath Keepers militant group are set to be sentenced on Thursday for seditious conspiracy and other crimes arising from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by then-President Donald Trump's supporters.

Federal prosecutors are asking U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta to sentence Roberto Minuta and Edward Vallejo to 17 years in prison each after they were convicted in January alongside two other Oath Keepers members.

If the judge follows that recommendation, those would be the second-longest sentences for any of the 1,000-plus people charged in the Capitol attack that was intended to block Congress from certifying Democrat Joe Biden's November 2020 election victory over the Republican Trump.

The Confederate Flag is awesome. Instant indicator of what sort of a-hole you are dealing with.

Steven Bannon issued a Subpoena to testify before the Grand Jury. He should be indicted as a member of the conspiracy to cause the insurrection. I hope he goes to prison for failing to comply with the Subpoena as well.

Ex-Trump aide Steve Bannon issued subpoena in US Capitol attack probe -NBC News

Steve Bannon, a onetime adviser to former President Donald Trump, has been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury in Washington in connection with special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks on the U.S. Capitol, NBC News reported on Wednesday, citing sources.

The subpoena, for documents and testimony, was sent out in late May, NBC News reported, citing two sources familiar with the matter.

I don't think this gambit is going to work to get his case dismissed.

Classic MAGA POS....have fun in jail B****

Heard a new theory, Trump buried documents, at Bedminster, NJ in Ivanka's Coffin. The NJ documents case is taking off.

If I was Alex Jones or Steven Bannon, my post would go viral, and tens of thousands would start believing the theory is true. Then the President would repeat it to his cult.

Gee whiz, how much meandering did that guy do to get 12 and a half years in prison @Kz!???

A judge in California barred an expert witness from testifying in the disbarment trial of John Eastman, the former attorney for former president Donald Trump, since the witness was not an expert, The Daily Beastreported.

Mr Eastman is facing a potential disbarment for his involvement in a plot to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. He attempted to call a man named Joseph Fried, an accountant who wrote an eBook that questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election results, as a witness.
