Well it’s hard to imagine how someone would have intended for a person to die in a scenario where they go home feeling fine and die in the hospital the following night

So, you can't do it.

Thanks for letting us know.

Well I only commented on one in this back in forth where I used that term..  I'm sure plenty of my posts (and your posts) in here are pretty stupid as well.

Nah, don't put this on us. We're awesome.

Even if that’s true it doesn’t make a difference to my point and you wasted pages quibbling

Dude - Again, you are mixing me up with someone else.  I've only jumped in here in the last page or so.

I don't claim to know why he died. <- please notice the punctuation and lack of the word 'but'

See how easy it is?

Whatever dude...  I called out ONE of your posts. That was it.  It was a stupid post.  That's it.  Move on...

Neither do I.  I just claim to know it’s hard to imagine a scenario where he was intentionally killed

I have that option at any point.

Who in here said it was like Pearl Harbor?

I came into this thread after weeks of ignoring this entire issue and focusing mainly on the GameStop story to post one article pointing out some blatantly false things the media has said and I get called a stupid terrorist

Thats the level of insanity you guys are on

Terrorsists, insurrection...

Nah, you keep trying to push that one. It is its own event and no, it wasn't like Pearl Harbor.

It’s the same sort of hyperbole

No it's not. Those people fit the literal definition of insurrectionists and terrorists and it's part of history now. That's how they will be viewed long after you and I are gone. Once again, facts.

You’re confusing the literal definition of something with your definition of something

But please what do you think defines a terrorist?

a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Ah I see.  So both the Capitol rioters and the BLM group were terrorists then?

Opinion

Judges don’t say "maybe the law says this” or "I think the law”

The write in more certain terms, they don’t use hedging language

But their writings are called opinions

So, in your view (err, opinion) when does an "opinion" become a lie?   If I say, "Seventy_Yard_FG" is a criminal (and I have tons of evidence).  And I say that repeatedly, in public, without hedging, and then fail to produce that evidence, is it just opinion still?  If I do it intentionally to mess with you -- isn't it a lie?

Seriously, do you really think Trump is that dumb that he was only stating his "opinion" that he won?   I think you know, or  should know, that Trump knew for a fact that he lost the election and didn't want to believe it, or thought it was too humiliating.  So he ginned up this theory (errr, "opinion") of election fraud to try and de-legitimize the results and actually try to change the results.   Any rational person knows that there is no massive election fraud which would have a candidate win by millions.   So the choices are:  Trump is not rational (I guess that is a possibility); or he is outright lying.

In fact, Trump called GA state officials and asked them to "find votes" for him -- for which Trump is now being criminally investigated.  He also juiced up supporters so much they stormed the capitol to stop the ministerial function of counting the electoral votes.  He also tried to get Pence to not certify the results (which is something that is not constitutional).

Dude -- Trump lied.  That's a fact jack.    Your trying to label it as "opinion" is a strategy  I see a lot of Trump supporters use any time Trump is criticized.  For example, if someone were to say: "Oh Trump ran a fraudulent charity" -- you would say:  dude, that's your opinion.   Or, "Trump paid hush money to girls he cheated on his wife with":  libtard, that's your opinion.

I'm sad to tell you this, but firsthand accounts from Trump’s former aides, lawyers, and political allies, detailed in several recent articles, show that Trump knew his allegations were false, flimsy, or baseless. He was repeatedly advised that his claims didn’t check out. He also privately admitted that some of these claims were dubious or absurd.

I mean really, you are using the word "opinion" as a game (a dodge really) to avoid dealing with Trump's problems.  If it makes you feel better.  Fine.   But he in fact lied about the election -- repeatedly and continuously.  So stop playing dumb or coy.

And that's my opinion!   Hah, stole your thunder.
