"Fox was not reporting the news with the news outlined in the complaint," he told the CNN host. "Fox was repeatedly stating as fact, putting on Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and also with their own anchors endorsing what Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani were saying, all of these lies about Dominion and stating them as fact and they did have a Dominion spokesperson on at one point but it was much smaller viewership and Fox did not promote it like they promoted [the segments done by Maria] Bartiromo and [Lou] Dobbs and other shows they put throughout their massive social media network."

"But you can't get away from defamation by saying the truth in the morning and lying through your teeth in the afternoon," he explained. "If that was the case, all the media would have to do is issue a retraction after the damage. But that is not the law of defamation, knowing with reckless disregard."

No. It means the people who DIDN'T break windows, doors, police - the ones who didn't steal, or weren't carrying zip cuffs and bear mace, they ones not publicly on record for being there to "STOP THE STEAL" and prevent the election certification, the ones who are just mindless idiots, like you, probably won't do jail time.

We will see if any sedition charges stick.

Yes, in other words the vast majority of the people present at the capitol that day, as I've been saying. Those who assaulted officers or preplanned "attacks" should be given appropriate charges, but the attempts by the media and dem politicians to paint this as some sort of highly-coordinated, sophisticated government overthrow and the people that fell for that narrative are looking absolutely foolish right now. In other words, almost the entirety of ishlibs who posted in this thread. As I said they would.

But still miles less foolish than the people who fell for the narrative that the election was "rigged" against a reality TV gameshow host, and that the only way to stop it was to descend on Washington DC on January 6 to interrupt the certification of a democratic election, no?

To be clear, no one is suggesting that hillbilly Trumpbot terrorists are sophisticated.

"Storming the Capitol. Pray for us all,” Bradley Bennett wrote in a Facebook post provided to federal authorities by a tipster.

A Texas lifestyle coach and essential oils guru has been charged after storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 with her QAnon-obsessed boyfriend who documented "patriots [going] to war” on his social media.

Elizabeth Rose Williams, a Kerrville, Texas resident, and her boyfriend, Bradley Stuart Bennett, were arrested last week for violent entry and disorderly conduct and knowingly entering a restricted building. In a newly unsealed criminal complaint, prosecutors allege the pair were seen on video wandering around the Crypt and the Senate Chamber gallery as thousands of MAGA rioters stormed the Capitol.

"Storming the Capitol. Pray for us all,” Bennett wrote in a Facebook post provided to federal authorities by a tipster.

There's your GOP of today. Essential oils, horned fur-hat wearing organic vegans, who believe conspiracy theories and believe going to war is breaking into Congress, soiling it and beating police.

LOL -- no one thinks that all of the yahoos and Qanon freaks and rednecks and uneducated Trump supporters there could do anything highly coordinated, other than shout 3 word chants.    Some people (including law enforcement) may believe there was some coordination among SOME elements present.  Like existing groups of Proud Boys, Oath keepers etc.

Talk about fake news. You ARE the source.  Yeah -- every SINGLE PERSON there was part of a vast conspiracy to overthrow the gov't.   Including the grandpa that took the bus from Arkansas with their speaking in tongues church group.  WTF KZ! -- you spread more nonsense than any fake news site.

Bro check your thesaurus. Everyone knows to "storm" a building is just another word for "meander".

Capitol Police:

Suspect driving a car rammed his car into two Capitol police officers. Both officers were seriously injured. Capitol police opened fire and hit the driver. All three (including the suspect in custody) were taken to the hospital.

The Capitol Police said Friday that a suspect was in custody after two officers had been struck and injured by a vehicle near the heavily guarded northern entrance to the U.S. Capitol.

The Capitol complex was locked down, as the agency instructed staff to remain indoors, away from doors and windows, as eyewitnesses posted videos of a large law enforcement response.

"A suspect is in custody,” the Capitol Police said on Twitter. "Both officers are injured. All three have been transported to the hospital.”

Yeah, WTF was this about?

Clearly Antifa, but WTF?
