The immigration policy needs fixed by Congress, not an EO that the next POTUS can reverse. MAGA bigots can cry about the bill all they want, but pro immigration republicans helped write it, and MAGA failed to give a counter offer. We have enough useful idiots that will in this country already. No counter proposal is necessary. Just do exactly what Trump did to start and that'll cut illegal crossings by around 75%. Levels of illegal border crossing have risen 3-4x since Biden repealed successful Trump policies on day one of his presidency. So, yes, there is a lot Biden could do.
