April 14Apr 14 There were over 60 million court cases heard last year in the US, clearly that’s too many. What are we supposed to do, actually give all these people a hearing? That’s ridiculous! Just send them to a prison in a foreign country, that’s obviously the practical solution.

It was a constitutional crisis under Biden and you can say the team colors of Dallas are orange and red and it won't make it true ;)But you are. SCOTUS ruled that his case must be handled as it would have had he not been sent to El Salvador. Well, had he not been sent to El Salvador, his case would have been handled by facing a deportation order in the US. Well, in order to comply with SCOTUS ruling then, he must be brought back to the US in order to have his case handled as it would have been had he not been sent to El Salvador.

Facilitate his release means prison. No reason to say that if it was simply return him as it would be redundant. Just lik explaining this over and over. Also, there is wiggle room nothing can be done about because it is foreign affairs.

Bye Felicia. Hell of a deterrent. Do it a few more times and self deportation will be a thing.
April 14Apr 14 Mediaite‘Osama Bin Laden Was Also a Father’: Trump Spokesperson A..."Well, Osama bin Laden was also a father. And yet, he wasn't a good guy and they actually are both terrorists."

So not only have you not read the opinion, but you haven’t even read the relevant parts that people have spoon fed you.

That 60+ million court cases is the number of cases handled by state courts, that’s criminal cases, civil cases, etc…. By the logic displayed here, the people charged with crimes shouldn’t be given their day in court because well that’s just too many cases to hear on an annual basis. To hell with due process and just send them to prison, right?

What do you think is there to interpret from the statement "his case must be handled the way it would have been handled had he not been sent to El Salvador”. You can’t get more straight forward than that.

Bottom line is Trump is in charge and as of today he isn't coming back and SCOTUS knows they can't even change that.

Well, here we are...Looking at you @The Norseman and @Diehardfan and othersHere we are? Sounds like an interpretation issue the Supreme Court may have to clarify if there happens to be one. Read anything new?

There isn’t wiggle room in the very straight forward statement from SCOTUS that Garcia’s case must be handled in the way it should have been handled had he not been sent to El Salvador and that the act of sending him to El Salvador was illegal.
April 15Apr 15 CVON constitutionalists: "The government cannot add a regulation on guns. The 2nd amendment exists. It starts with limiting the size of magazines, then it goes to banning assault rifles, then handguns, and it’s a very quick slippery slope to banning guns all together and the government comes to your house to take your guns away”Also CVON constitutionalists: "There’s nothing wrong with sending people to an El Salvadoran prison without due process. It only applies to illegal immigrants with violent criminal convictions. They’d never send people without criminal convictions there. And they’d definitely never widen the scope to include people with protection orders or people who are here on visas, and definitely it would never ever apply to American citizens. The government would never go down a slippery slope like that. That’s not how our government operates, they always keep their scopes as narrow as possible”

The Constitution for them is not something that they understand or even aspire to understand. It is simply some abstract item that they refer to it when it suits their agenda because it sounds good to do so.
