If you go back and read what I've written I've been consistent in that the defying aspect is the lack of any actions being take to facilitate Garcia's release and the assurance that he will receive the same due process as if the mistake had not been made. It is clear as day mate. What the Trump WH must do is facilitate and report on how they are facilitating the release and the access to due process. They are not doing that. Trump wanking with the El Salvador dude and yelling at the CNN reporter at the presser is not facilitating.

I think everyone is in agreement that anyone found to have committed a violent crime deserves the swift hand of justice to come there way and to be sent away to prison for a long time. And most people are in agreement that Biden completely screwed the pooch on his handling of illegal immigration. And most people are also in agreement that the way Biden allowed the asylum process to be abused was also a terrible policy that brought people into this country that shouldn’t be here.
