Nope, Biden (not him but the people in charge, obviously) made it a day 1 point to completely dismantle all the successful policies Trump had implemented during his presidency with very predictable and intended results. This clearly wasn't some "oh shucks, we're just incompetent" move, it was very deliberate. Trump completely shutting the valve on day one of his presidency shows that.

See now here is the problem my friend. He has been told in no uncertain terms to facilitate the deal. He has three options. He can continue to tell SCOTUS to F off, he can successfully complete a deal (piece of cake), or he can actually try to complete a deal and fail (everyone and their brother knows this one isn't an actual outcome). If he says "he doesn't want to" then that is equivalent to denying SCOTUS.
