I'm just glad the TDS lunatics in here talking about Jews on trains and this meaning Americans will be deprived of due process were just as outraged when the Jan 6th people were deprived of due process under Biden. Glad there is consistency.

LOLOLOL what? What January 6th rioter was deprived of their due process? What on earth are you talking about? Starting to think you don't even know what due process is.....

Any of the January 6th rioters who were sentenced to prison were first:

1) Arrested and charged with a crime.

2) Informed of what those crimes were

3) Provided an attorney if they couldn't afford one themselves

4) Given their day in court to defend themselves against the charges brought upon them by the government

5) Convicted of the charges by a jury of their peers.

WTF are you talking about.

@Diehardfan Dude, are you just trolling? Surely, you understand the process followed for the Jan 6th nimrods?

I think anyone who claims to be an American or love this country should have been up in arms about the open border we've had for the last 4 years. I know they kept saying the border was secure, but I think they were lying. Maybe if this administration just says they aren't deporting anyone the same people that believed the borders were secure will believe that as well. It will take some work because they'll have to get mainstream media to go along with this lie like they did the border lie or just not cover it.

How many were flown in with no process? How many were captured and then let go with no due process? We just accepted that people can come in for asylum with no proof that it's warranted.

They are both terrible policies but one isn't worse than the other. People's outrage, for the most part, just goes with the party they align with.

The Biden administration's border policy was terrible. They failed at securing the border. Their policies encouraged people to come into the country illegally. Their policies encourage people to abuse the asylum system.

Now that we have that out of the way, what does that have to do with the Trump administration blatantly violating the 5th amendment?

My problem with immigration/border policy, with both parties, is the inaction by Congress to do their jobs and pass laws, instead of passing it off to the POTUS.

I mean, that's the story of the last ~50 years in this country -- Congress simply assigning its Constitutional powers to the executive branch. These tariffs are all under emergency powers. They handed immigration over. War powers. Congress is useless and highly partisan with no ability to function. What was the last strong bi-partisan bill?

Didn't the person who the Senator is going to 'bring back' have a couple hearings where both immigration judges declared that he should be deported but it just wasn't followed through until now?

No. He had a hearing where he was granted a withholding of removal order from an immigration judge which prohibited the government from deporting him to El Salvador. This was granted to him based on 1) the lack of evidence supporting the government's case that he's a member of a gang, and 2) evidence that he would be targeted by gangs in El Salvador because of his family's business back home. This happened in 2019, when Trump was president. ICE had the option to appeal the ruling, and they declined to do so. ICE had the option of deporting him to any other country, and they declined to do so.

Yep, and now every single one of the tens of millions of criminals the Biden Admin intentionally let in is entitled to due process. Which would take hundreds of years. In the meantime, they get to stay. Nope, sorry, everyone but terminal TDSers/libtards understands how psychotic that is. They're going home.

Oh, so then surely you'll be able to backup your claim and provide me with lists of names upon names of all of these people that were sent to prison without even being arrested and charged with a crime....

LOL no it would not take hundreds of years to deport people. You guys crack me up. So strange how Obama was able to deport millions of people when he was president, and I know how much you guys think of him, yet Trump, the super smart genius who knows how to run things efficiently and is the best president ever can't do it?

If it weren't for the fact that Trump, and his entire administration, is breathtakingly stupid, I'd actually think this whole thing with Garcia is a purposeful distraction. Everyone is up in arms about this one person, and that means no one is really talking about the hundreds of others that were rounded up and flown to a foreign prison with zero due process. So we are tacitly accepting that people can be sent to a foreign jail on the suspicion of being an illegal immigrant. That's absolutely insane and terrifying, and we have basically accepted it and are fighting over one person.

Anyone who claims to be an American or love this country or the Constitution should be up in arms about all of this. Even the NSDAPs had to prove someone was Jewish before putting them on the trains.

Multiple US citizens have received emails saying they need to leave the country or face deportation to El Salvador prison. These were supposedly sent in error, but it's only a matter of times before a US citizen is sent there.

If only the republicans controlled the government and could do something about changing the immigration laws.
