He is right though that things have changed since he got that where the gang he was worried about has been wiped out and he was designated MS-13 and a terrorist.

All the "new” information that has come out is information that the government would have already known about. Why on earth would I care about what the government says on TV when I have them on record in a court of law? The government did not get the withholding of removal order revoked, which is the step they would have had to take BEFORE deporting him to an El Salvador prison. And how is someone even sent to a prison without being convicted of a crime and sentenced to prison?

His tats of the marijuana, Smile, Cross and the skull (MS-13) on his knuckles are normal for most people as is getting arrested with MS-13 members (not refuted that they were), wearing their colors (Bulls gear), where large amounts of cash and pot were located. How many gangs let outsiders hang with them and wear their colors? Serious, I'll wait. Two judges listed MS-13 in their rulings as well that I've posted on here. On top of that how many non gang members get stopped for human trafficking? All coincidences. Want more insights into his character you can read the handwritten domestic abuse protection application his wife wrote saying she had photos and video of how violent he can be and that he beat her. This guy is an all around POS who is exactly what he got deported for being an illegal and part of MS-13.

Should they have cleared that first? Maybe, but the terrorist is a different classification.

April 18Apr 18 Just now, DrPhilly said:This is weak sauce, troll betterNo tolling at all. It's weak to reply with that. Again, MS-13 people were confirmed with him when he was arrested, the judge said MS-13, and he was wearing their colors while in possession of drugs. Dem-13 folk who want to try and say one of the most violent and brutal gangs in this hemisphere are going to let outsiders wear their colors and hang with them let alone while breaking the law with drugs is ridiculous at best. He was with them because he was part of their gang or he wouldn't have been with them.

The only thing you can argue is being sent back to that country, which is fair, but also goes out the window because he is now a terrorist and the gang the judge gave him the order for doesn't exist. You can also say he shouldn't have gone to prison, which brings us back to what you said doesn't matter that he's in MS13.Clearly here illegallyJudge said he could be deported just not to that countryHe was sent to that country anyway, which someone said was a mistake, which turned out to not be one because he is now a terrorist member of MS13And he is a member of MS13 no matter how much some on here don't want him to be because again violent gangs don't let people who aren't members hang with them, especially breaking the law with drugs. Forgetting two judges said MS13 around that time, and forgetting the trafficking, you can't argue against that. Gangs do not let outsiders hang with them wearing their colors.Trolling are the Dem13 folk who keep defending him

If the WH had followed proper procedure then it would be ok but they did not. That's the bottom line gang member or not, terrorist or not, AEA or not, etc. etc. All of that stuff is of no matter when it comes to due process. So stop talking about whether he is in a gang or not as it DOES NOT MATTER.Finally, I'll keep responding to your trolling but you have to do better or I'll just get bored of the exchange when I now know you don't actually believe the things you post.

You want more rounds of judges saying the same thing? Probably, because "due process" is the rallying cry for we want them to stay here."DUE PROCESS" Umm he had it twice but you people keep saying it because you don't have a clue outside of Dem talking points.

Cool, that's playing out in the courts. In the meantime you picked the wrong guy as the face of Trump's policy is wrong. Just a "Maryland guy" who two judges labeled as MS-13 and said could be tossed from the country just not to El Salvador, so he got immigration due process already. They let him stay for six years beyond that, which he used to traffic humans and beat his wife.Trolling is ignoring that.
