Yeah, I get that angle. He is right though that things have changed since he got that where the gang he was worried about has been wiped out and he was designated MS-13 and a terrorist.

Nothing has changed. All the "new” information that has come out is information that the government would have already known about.

Why on earth would I care about what the government says on TV when I have them on record in a court of law? The government did not get the withholding of removal order revoked, which is the step they would have had to take BEFORE deporting him to an El Salvador prison. And how is someone even sent to a prison without being convicted of a crime and sentenced to prison?

a government atty admitted that he was deported by mistake. that's a fact. and instead of the cheeto administration admitting they made a mistake, they've been doubling down and trying everything to "prove" that he's a MS-13 terrorist. it's typical cheeto...never admit when you're wrong. garcia might be a f'n creep & a POS...but the cheeto admin made a mistake & deported him in error. the maga spin & talking points don't change that fact.

They admitted they made a mistake not about him being in MS-13 but the order not to ship him to that country, but as they said things changed after that order. Should they have cleared that first? Maybe, but the terrorist is a different classification.

Just a "Maryland guy" who two judges labeled as MS-13 and said could be tossed from the country just not to El Salvador, so he got immigration due process already. They let him stay for six years beyond that, which he used to traffic humans and beat his wife.
