@Diehardfan Here you go dude. Listen to Joe Rogan as to why due process is so important. He lays it out in simple terms with a look from several sides and absolutely talks about how sheety it was of the Biden administration to allow so many knuckleheads and criminals to enter the country. Fix the problem but don't become the monster you're trying to defeat.

Great. So they get amnesty. They are not citizens and they still cannot vote.

The democrats plan literally included a path to citizenship.

Either you are laughably ignorant or intentionally dishonest.

SCOTUS didn't tell Trump to bring Garcia back to the US. You haven't read the ruling have you?

I have. They have no right to compel the executive to take any steps, let alone share them with the court. It’s literally not their business.

Well, according to them, it is. I guess you’ll have to agree to disagree with a unanimous Supreme Court roiling.

That’s just silly. This isn’t a foreign relations case. It’s a 5th amendment and violation of a protective order case. The government broke the law by deporting a man to El Salvador who had a withholding of removal order barring him from being deported to El Salvador. This isn’t up for debate, and the government already admitted in court that what they did was illegal.

The Supreme Court absolutely has the right to rule that the government broke the law and instruct the government to rectify the situation. That’s "literally” their business.

I literally said release and wiggle room and was told no and caught crap. I'm getting gaslit.

Everyone agreed that the administration has wiggle room with regards to how they prove they are doing what they can do to facilitate his return and the lengths they must go to do so. So I’m not sure what you’re talking about. Again, no one is claiming that the administration must take every possible step to bring him back. No one is claiming that they have to call Seal Team 6 in to extract him from the prison.

Then you agree the SCOTUS ruling was unconstitutional. Thanks for playing.

The 9-0 unanimous ruling was unconstitutional. Lolol awesome.

"No one is claiming that they have to call Seal Team 6 in to extract him from the prison."

I think the last president had them killed off.

I'm with Jefferson

The context of this was Adams packing the courts with Federalists.

Republicans have packed SCOTUS, and are still defying them.

MAGA wants Trump to do whatever the hell he wants and deem it Constitutional for no other reason than they want it to be.

That isn't how things work when you have a system set up to limit the power of the state over the people.

You want authoritarianism. You can find that elsewhere.

Awesome. There needs to be a legal path to citizenship. This is the story of America. Immigrant leaves destitute, comes to America, finds prosperity, grows a family. This is how your ancestors got here, my ancestors got here, everybody’s ancestors got here.

You believe a boogeyman.

No, my ancestors came here legally while some were denied acess. That is liberal BS you are trying to sell. They are illegal invaders. As for citizenship that's exactly what is at play. They want a repeat of California across the country. They need to be tossed the hell out.

I guess you need this repeated to you again:

The government in a court of law, where there are penalties for lying: "we made a mistake. What we did was illegal”

The government on Twitter, where there are no penalties for lying: he was a gang member! We knew exactly what we were doing! He’s in prison where he belongs!

Did he come here with due process? No. End of story

No, not end of story. Yes, he entered the country illegally. He was given a withholding of removal order in 2019 which prohibited the government from deporting him to El Salvador. The government could have appealed that order, they declined. The government could have deported him to another country, they declined. If the government wants to deport him to El Salvador, they must first get the withholding of removal order revoked. They didn't, which is why, in a court of law, under the threat of perjury, they admitted that they made a mistake and broke the law by deporting him to El Salvador while he still had a withholding of removal order. THAT'S the end of the story.

But keep posting tweets!

Here is a story that the "Maryland father" had a protection order against him so Mike with the he's not MS13!! So cute!!! It's the game all women play when the facts on something are against them they play talk about something else! You were right, Mike there are a lot of women on this board. I just didn't know you were one.

But yeah he is MS13 according to a judge in his ruling. I posted the link a few days ago. He's also an apparent wife beater.

if there was all this evidence it should have been easy for the state to prove it in court 6 years ago.

yet they failed to do so.

"trust me bro" is not something we should accept from the state regardless of who is president.

Much like "money laundering", MAGAt proves that it has no idea what "due process" means.
