Illegal entry into the USA is a misdemeanor. I know Maga loves to make it sound like a felony like Robbery or murder.

You mean Trump hasn't stopped illegal entry? It's still going on?

I’m so confused. I was told that US citizens wouldn’t get swept up in this. Good thing this teen didn’t have any tattoos otherwise he’d be sitting in El Salvador right now and being labeled an MS-13 gang member…

The Klan has been reduced to a bedtime story that liberals use to scare their kids at night.

Obviously you don't know a damn thing about MS 13.

We know

Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano's resignation letter is dated March 3, but a spokesman for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) told Fox News Digital it was not received by the Supreme Court and 3rd Judicial District Court until March 31.

Time to check out those finances

No, not end of story. Yes, he entered the country illegally. He was given a withholding of removal order in 2019 which prohibited the government from deporting him to El Salvador. The government could have appealed that order, they declined. The government could have deported him to another country, they declined. If the government wants to deport him to El Salvador, they must first get the withholding of removal order revoked. They didn't, which is why, in a court of law, under the threat of perjury, they admitted that they made a mistake and broke the law by deporting him to El Salvador while he still had a withholding of removal order. THAT'S the end of the story.

But keep posting tweets!

No, that’s not the end of the story.

The story continues where once he was handed over to El Salvador, he is no longer in US control. And there’s nothing you or SCOTUS or infinity bleeding heart crap libs can do about that fact.

THAT is the end of the story.

Truly amazing

Oh cool, so now my tax dollars will then go to pay out the civil case that his wife will undoubtedly win against our government which broke the law by deporting him to El Salvador while he had an active withholding of removal order. Sweet.

New images could change cancer diagnostics, but ICE detai...

Without scientist Kseniia Petrova’s expertise, no one can fully unlock the data’s potential, putting crucial advancements in early cancer detection at risk.

Peshkin said international researchers have become increasingly worried in response to the Trump administration’s aggressive approach to illegal immigration. When asked whether he’s concerned that these policies might discourage other international scientists from coming to Harvard, he said: "I’m not concerned that it may. I am horrified that it does.”

"It’s already having an effect. I hear from many colleagues that people who were planning to stay have changed their minds because they need to travel,” Peshkin said, adding that scientists often attend conferences around the world to present their research and share knowledge.

A recent survey by the scientific journal Nature revealed that 75% of the 1,600 scientists surveyed were considering relocating to Europe or Canada, citing actions taken by President Donald Trump. Separately, a tracking database from Inside Higher Ed shows that, as of April 18, more than 240 colleges and universities have reported that over 1,550 international students and recent graduates have had their legal status changed by the U.S. State Department.

About 180 international students have filed 28 federal lawsuits seeking to regain their Student and Exchange Visitor Program status or U.S. visas, Inside Higher Ed reports. A lawsuit filed by international students, among them Ph.D. candidates in STEM fields, on April 15 argues that recent visa terminations are "arbitrary, capricious, and contrary to constitutional right, power, privilege, or immunity.” The plaintiffs argue that the sudden policy changes threaten their academic and professional futures.

So many foreigners apply for student visas and temporary work permits annually. Trump's actions will have a chilling effect on research and education. Many temp jobs will go unfilled. How will that effect the economy? We are dumber and poorer as a nation.

If only you were as concerned about the system that allows US children to be graduated without the ability to read and write.

Try starting within.

Drop in the bucket compared to tax dollars that went to housing, feeding and generally accommodating all of the illegal immigrants who were left to come in unchecked.

"They’re eating the pets!!!”

lol so your solution is to then double down on the stupidity by breaking the law so that they can sue the government and win in court. Awesome.

aaaaaand what does that have to do with our current president breaking the law instead of following proper procedure to deport them?

"The last president was dumb and enacted policies that was a waste of taxpayer money. so it's totally cool if the president I like is also dumb and enacts policies that cost the taxpayer money and violates the constitution in the process" isn't the flex you think it is.
