Due process? They didn't come here with due process thanks to that last idiot in charge

Hilarious how indifferent they were to dementia Joe importing 20 million unvetted people, but now it's a really really big deal how we go about throwing them out. But it's about what you'd expect from a libtard, their opinions are completely and totally dictated by what the TV is telling them at any given moment.

Please provide one example of a J6 traitor not getting due process.

The FBI has arrested former New Mexico Magistrate Judge Juan Cano and his wife Nancy Cano for allegedly harboring an illegal alien with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua

For more than two years, footage that could have exonerated Jan. 6 defendants was kept from their legal teams.

People are in prison because of that cover-up.

Take the footage aired by Carlson Monday night of so-called "QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley being escorted around the Capitol by police officers who help him open the door and enter the empty Senate chamber.

It is hard to reconcile these calm and even cordial scenes with the nearly four-year prison sentence Chansley now is serving for "obstructing an official proceeding.”

Contrary to what apologists have been saying since Carlson began airing the footage, all this material has not previously been made available to the J6 defendants, some of whom have been jailed without trial for two years, in violation of their constitutional right to a fair and speedy trial.

Name calling bothers you now? F your feelings!

And you all of the sudden care about police, court, and jail reform?

this guy ... 🤣

According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last week. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest.

Your ICE agents I'm reading had an administrative warrant not a judicial one. Also read that the perp was listed as in ICE custody. She's being used as a scapegoat. Putting on a show maybe? Didn't work in Boston during his 1st term, and it won't work now.

Keep trying though.

More legal experts than LegalZoom on here today. Anyway, I'm assuming judges were included in this blanket statement

I will say this, they’d better have these judges dead to rights. I’m fine with them arresting them if they’re guilty. Given the stakes though it’d better be a slam dunk.

Double standards are in fact standards. 🤣🤣🤣

We should absolutely wait here to see the details before jumping to any conclusions one way or the other about these particular judges. One note, the Trump team was clearly adamant about making a spectacle of the Wisconsin judge by arresting her in the parking lot. They could have simply used a more normal process of letting her turn herself in but that wasn't part of the plan.

Deported a 2yr old US citizen. Mother was deported and signed letter stating she wanted child to remain with her. Could be complicated as father tried to gain custody.

2-year-old U.S. citizen apparently deported 'with no mean...

The child's mother was being deported and wanted to take the girl, U.S. lawyers said. When the judge asked to speak to her, they were already in the air.

As subtle as the Mar A Lago raid.

The criminal in the White House spent 18 months refusing to return classified material that did not belong to him.

The only surprise about the Mar-a-Lago raid is that it didn't happen sooner.
