The Democrats are clearly trying to start another George Floyd riot situation with this shooting, and I hope they look into ringing Frey and other MNPLS leaders up for incitement.

Here's my 2 cents (obviously a bargain), I don't know what was in her head, or the officers head. She may not have been trying to hit or injure the officer, I don't know, and the officer may be a trigger happy psycho who never thought themselves in danger, I don't know. What I do know is that she did back up, then hit the gas while officers were telling her to get out of the car. What I do know is that there was an officer who was in front of the drivers side corner of the car, and was pushed by the car when she first floored it. I don't know what the officer was thinking, but I think it entirely plausible that he was in fear for his life at that split second.

I also don't know her thinking or motives but I will say enough with the "Resist!" BS. Almost all of US teach our kids to comply when confronted by police, no matter how wrong you think the cops are, and we'll deal with it later. The reason is to make sure that everyone walks away. This mantra of resist is only going to lead to more situations like this, and it's completely avoidable.

I don't understand why liberals can't appreciate how free they are right now? Can you even call yourself a free country unless agents of the state are walking up to your car window and firing lethal rounds into your chest at point blank range?

As we said when this entire aggressive ICE phase started this was always bound to happen.

She was obviously not about to run him over when he shot her. He was on the side of the car. I'm sure he was frightened and acting impulsively but that isn't an excuse. No way to spin that one even though you tried. Better just to own it and say, "yep, he Fed up".

Of course Miller and Trump are happy with this as the impending protests will be a great chance for them to take more violent action.

No, he was obviously pushed by the front corner panel until he got out of the way. Watch the video. He's leaning against the front when she floors it. That action will always lead to a shooting, and this will easily be found to be self-defense. Regardless, continuing to tell people to resist is what is going to lead to more of this.

I honestly don't recognize this country anymore. You can't even ram a federal agent with a vehicle after attempting to interfere with a federal law enforcement operation. This is not who we are.

Not sure the guy on side of car fired, looked like there was an agent to the front drivers side that fired. Bulletin hole is in front windshield. Did not look like he was going to get hit though.

Exactly! That poor man looked like he was either dead in the road or about to die from being run over. They're saying he was beside the car but I see a very scared man who is on the verge of death. Reminds me of every day in my high school parking lot with someone messing around pulling out quickly when some knucklehead is leaning on the car. He most certainly wasn't getting run over.

Right, from that one angle it looked like the speeding 4000lb vehicle might have only clipped him in the hip and probably wouldn't have killed him unless he was unlucky enough to get dragged under the wheel. I'm sure the lady that was rapidly accelerating in the officer's direction had complete control of the vehicle and was of sound mind and faculty when it was happening, so the chances she seriously injured someone were minimal. You can clearly see it's just an evil agent of the state executing a citizen for no reason! This. Is. Not. Who. We. Are!

He shoots her as she's going past and her wheels are turning away from him the entire way. No way he should have shot her.
