Thank you for posting this. This definitely doesn't show that he shot her in the face as she drove past him and posed absolutely no threat to him and then kept shooting through her window as he drove away from him. I don't understand why anyone would ever say things like that.

Yeah, the great thing about that first video posted is that you can clearly see that the driver rapidly accelerating toward the cop was definitely not going to hit him. Of course, you have to ignore other angles and still shots showing him standing directly in front of the vehicle when she peels out in his direction.

Look, we're in agreement here. We should be able to potentially run over federal agents and interfere with ICE proceedings without being in fear of getting shot. And if you don't agree, you're a commie!

Ok, that's a much better angle. He is in front to start but she's clearly turning away from him as she moves forward and he most definitely does not shoot until he's already on the side and is clearly not about to get hit. My assertion stands. He should not have shot her. Wouldn't surprise me to find out he's one of the new hires who has very little if any training.

Anyway, the more important aspect of this incident is what happens going forward. No doubt ICE will not change anything and instead will triple down, hire more untrained idiots, and become more aggressive. In addition, there will be leftist idiots calling for lots of protests which will happen and become violent. ICE and other WH men will no doubt contribute heavily to the increasing violence and tension.

Once again, thank you for pointing this out. And just because she's very obviously past him and he's in no way going to get hit by the car when he shoots her at point blank range in the face from the side of the car doesn't mean it's a big deal or that he did anything wrong. The state's always well within their rights to murder an American citizen. As an independent conservative, this is absolutely core to my belief system.

Yup, people seem to think that it wasn't self defense because he managed to get out of the way. Thank God he was able to get out of the way. People are giving her credit because he stepped to the right. What if he'd stepped to the left? There's no way she knew he was getting out of the way.

We are in agreement, friend. The cop should clearly recognize the hysterical liberal woman posed no threat to him and there haven't been studies done about adrenaline dumps when officers are forced to use their firearms. So despite opening fire when she was driving toward him and hitting the front windshield, he definitely should have stopped when she miraculously miss him. The important thing to remember is no one is safe from police executions anymore. Why you can't even drive toward police in an SUV while evading arrest for interfering with ICE agents anymore. United States of North Korea more like!

If only it had been a white man in the car. He could have told the ICE agents he was armed, and would shoot them, and then he could have driven away.

If you watch it in slowmo the backup lights turn off before he reaches his gun. Looks like he reached for his gun when he sees the wheels turning to the right. He decided to pull his gun instead of moving out of the way. I could see the argument he was within his right to defend himself but I can also see that he put himself in that situation by not moving out of the vicinity of a moving car. Even the one person that walked towards the door and try to open it decided to risk their life

Better tactics would have prevented it from needing to happen in the first place. There’s a reason these days officers are told to not stand in front of a car, and I have serious doubts about the level of training that they have. Completely stupid all around.

That said from a use of force standpoint it leans more justifiable than it doesn’t.

The WH just got shot down in the Illinois case by the Supreme Court so they need something real. Not that I actually think this shooting was planned but it will serve the WH well if there is real violence by protestors.

Guy from gestapo was never in danger. From a moral point of view, it's murder and Christ will judge him when his time comes.

That said, she was very stupid and it cost her her life. We live in a fascist dictatorship and people need to recognize facts. When someone from the SS or Gestapo stop you and demand your papers, it's best to just comply and call a lawyer.
