How did citizens fulfill their duties before the internet or is this a new duty?  I'm interested because I really don't know the answer to how/where they distributed the bills and proposals.  Is there a mailing list you can join or would they be in the local library?

I’ll be honest, I thought it was funny or cute at first when trumptards would get emotionally wrecked by a single sentence article title because they couldn’t think any deeper than a single sentence would allow for details.
