I don't need any additional insults, housewife. You're an unemployed male liberal who was able to "retire" because his wife got a raise. I could also make fun of your height and your intelligence, but honestly nothing hits harder than my go-to.

I'd be retired by now anyway, her success just sped things up. She's the best.

Yeah, add more costs to the price of goods is nothing at all like taxes.

"everything that raises the price of goods is called a tax"

Uhh no, that's not how words work, housewife.

Why wouldn't I read it?  370 pages is nothing.  I read every bill, even 1000+ page proposals that never make it to law.  It's my duty as a citizen.  Pretty wild that you don't.

How did citizens fulfill their duties before the internet or is this a new duty?  I'm interested because I really don't know the answer to how/where they distributed the bills and proposals.  Is there a mailing list you can join or would they be in the local library?

Tariffs and taxes aren't interchangeable words you midwit. Holy crap, you are Fing retarded.

A tariff is a tax put on specific goods that are imported from another country. Guess who pays that tariff?

Why do you say things and attibute those things other people? Tariffs add to the cost of products.

Biden kept Trump tariffs in place and is planning on increasing them.

Wrong.  They're discussing dropping some and adding some others, leaving the total about the same.  A mistake, but not catastrophic like Trump's planned 10% tax on everything.

I just used to file an FOI request.

"Sure it raises the price, you pay more and that extra money goes to the government but don't call it a tax!!!"

Everyone knows what a tariff is, crackhead. People on both sides of the political spectrum support them because they help level the playing field for domestic companies beholden to labor laws that other countries don't abide.

Yeah, why do you do that? You put things in quotes that you said, and attribute it to someone else. Just another way for you to devolve the discussion when it's not going your way?

Oh sorry I attibuted those things other people and "devolved" (lmao) the discussion.

Anyway, imagine how much of a scumbag you have to be to support Biden's open borders. Sick people.

Wow, I wonder if it's a right wing judge that did that or is it a sheetlib. The important thing is both parties are equally to blame.

I’ll be honest, I thought it was funny or cute at first when trumptards would get emotionally wrecked by a single sentence article title because they couldn’t think any deeper than a single sentence would allow for details. As in, this kid just became interested in politics and hasn’t figured out that police officers can’t sort through an entire immigration application within a single traffic stop, or grandpa just got internet access for the first time and hasn’t found a search engine to help him educate himself that the judicial branch of government’s duty is to ensure new laws approved by a state congress don’t violate existing laws or the constitution.

But you’ve had time to figure these things out. Did you sign a pledge to willingly remain so ignorant?

I know, all the people streaming over the border are refugees and we just have to heckin give them free room and board until they're processed. Honestly, liberals are too stupid to engage with on this topic. The idea of actually having a border causes their brains to melt.

There was a bipartisan bill at the federal level to address that, wasn’t perfect but a good start.

Did you sign a pledge to willingly remain so ignorant? Are you being forced to act this retarded because you lost a bet? Owe someone money?

Honestly, the midwit talking point about that bill fixing anything needs to end. There were pages of discussion on it earlier in the thread. Go back and look at how bad it was then come back and apologize for being a moron.

"Gee they didn't pass the 'border bill' that sent 4x the amount of money to ukraine and israel than to the border." I honestly thought when details of the bill came out no one would be stupid enough to act like it was anything but another fleecing of the US taxpayer, but then the TV told liberals to say it's republicans fault the border sucks and they're stupid enough to listen. Honestly unreal.
